I recently purchased a 1-month subscription to mydesigns.io Pro. While they delivered orders very quickly, the design dimensions were too small and not centered on the t-shirt. As a result, I received negative reviews from my customers, and I still haven’t been able to become a star seller. I advise anyone considering working with this company to take this into account.

Fantastic potential and their ambition to make it the best POD software available is undeniable (and I 100% believe that it will be). I would say that some features are still in a state of development, but they already have other groundbreaking features that you won't find elsewhere. Bulk uploads and editing saves so much time, and the recent release of 'Vision AI' is a complete game changer - its absolutely amazing at creating all your titles, descriptions and tags (and does it in bulk within a minute) 🤯.
There are still bugs and issues with the system but the team are totally committed to resolving these and in the 6 months that I've been using MyDesigns, the improvements have been staggering.
Keep up the good work, because we all appreciate it so much and the future is exciting 😍

Amazing software. One of a kind. Every time i see a youtuber showing how they upload from Printful or Printify directly - i'm thinking that takes way too much time. With Mydesigns everything is streamlined and very easy. Plus it gets constantly better and more and more products are being added.

I really like these guys and am loathe to share too widely because this program is like a rocket ship for creating products on Etsy for me.

There's always growing pains because they are jamming behind-the-scenes, but the quality of improvements definitely makes it worth waiting for updates to occur.

I also appreciate receiving help from the community as this is all new to me. Great group and very responsive.

There is no other company that makes the print on demand business so much smoother.
From Ai graphic creation, bulk background remover, bulk upscaler, bulk ai listing writer based on the graphic, bulk mock-up creation to bulk multi product listing. Plus the choice of various fulfillment service providers.
I can do everything from start to finish very conveniently in one platform. The time savings alone make the program pay for itself. Currently the focus is on etsy and shopify, but soon there will be an Amazon integration. Others are also planned...tiktok stores etc.

MyDesigns is an incredible app that streamlines the whole process of uploading designs to Print on Demand platforms. It enables you to do bulk uploads (up to 120 at a time) of designs, and the creation of those listings takes as much time as just uploading one. When creating a listing you can apply the everything you do to one listing to all the other listings in the collection. There are so many tools included in the app including their AI feature that can write your listing title, description, and tags by just analyzing your design. So imagine uploading 120 designs, selecting all listings in the collection, and then clicking one button, and hey presto, you have 120 listings with title, descriptions, and tags completed.

MyDesigns takes out ALL the tedium from making listings, and gives you so many tools to improve the quality of your listings.

Better quantity AND quality AND much quicker!

I've been in the e-commerce space for more than 20 years, and in that time I'm sure that anyone who has been in business would admit to having had to adapt to new and changing productivity/business model requirements.

With the world at our fingertips, it's easy to get lost down many rabbit holes with all of the self-crowned 'gurus' - and at times it's like being smacked by used-car salesmen. Argh.

When I found MyDesigns, I was not only blown away by their bulk product capabilities, their new design applications, and their future strategic goals, but also by how available both Curtis and Matthew are to the community.

They are approachable, receptive, and transparent - and with them, I think that most would say it is very cool and fun to be a part of this exciting business venture!

I have been using MyDesigns for over 6 months. The thing that makes it great is that it makes bulk listing on Etsy a breeze. Also, the product is growing and the owners are very involved with the customer into adding new features at breakneck pace and listing to the users about features we want to have incorporated. Like all new products it is growing and has a few growing pains, they are very responsive and the future looks bright for this product. I can't say enough good things.

I have been working with MyDesigns for about a year. And I can't be happier. The platform is growing so fast and the team behind it will never let you down. A wealth of knowledge , helpful people and tool that makes our life as seller so much easier. I promise, I would not be where I am at right now, without this tool.

It's on it's way to replacing other POD platforms as it contains a lot of valuable tools and services. It's still got a ways to go but everything's fairly easy to use and there is a community to answer your questions.

This website is very difficult to use. The speed is very slow, and the tutorials do not match the new changes to the website or app, so it is hard to follow along. The videos also skip the small steps you need to make the learning successful. They claim they have a ton of mockups to use, but I tried to find them to add to my bulk listings and nothing came up. They definitely need better tutorial videos, and they have commercials that interrupt the videos so frustrating.

My first encounter with the "MyDesigns" company goes back to August 6, 2023. I purchased a year of their services. On November 25, 2023, the MyDesigns company ran a promotion for an upgraded plan. I purchased this upgraded plan with the understanding that my previous purchase of the basic plan would be refunded to me on prorated terms. This understanding was based on the community board message posted by the owner of MyDesigns, Curtis Blackmore. However, the prorated refund never materialized. I wrote a message to the company asking to look into it, but I never got any reply.

After trying out the upgraded services for several hours, I realized they were not meeting my expectations, and I canceled the service on the same day, November 25, 2023, using a button on my account page. To my surprise, instead of refunding me the costs, the note on my account stated that my cancellation was pending a year from the day of purchase. I wrote a message to the MyDesigns company using their refund form link, explaining that I was unsatisfied with the service and would like to cancel it and ask for a refund. I haven't received any reply or acknowledgment.

According to the MyDesigns refund policies posted on the company’s website, if I am not satisfied with the service for any reason, I can get a refund within seven days of making a purchase. I requested the refund on the same day I made a purchase. I contacted the company via the contact form as suggested on their website. I contacted the company through the community messages board. I didn’t get any response. It seems to me that MyDesigns company deliberately avoids any communications while deceiving their customers. My advise - stay away from this company.

What to say, the service was excellent. The patience the agent Zain had with me was with no limit ... The communication between us was very fluid and he made it for me very simple to understand the source of my issue and he did all his best to solve it for me.

Mydesigns is absolutely amazing!!! The amount of time its saving me is incredible! Last year I started an etsy shop and I was very discouraged with the time and effort needed to post just 1 listing--it was unsustainable. Now...with MyDesigns I feel like the potential of creating and posting 100's of listings per week is finally attainable~!! I am blown away by the efficiency and user-friendliness of the “My Design” app. As a total beginner, I was initially overwhelmed by the work I had to do. However, this brilliant app has completely turned things around for me.

This is the best system I've ever used for POD and digital products. This is because you can do everything from design to publication on one site!!!!
Plus, you can list up to 48 or 120 listings at once with Bulk listing. Depending on your subscription.
