They totally stole my money

They totally stole my money. I paid for the papers, went to download them and it won't let me log in at all. I'm putting in the same information, and it tells me its wrong. I talked to customer service 3 days ago, and they couldn't tell me anything. Worst decision ever. Don't trust this site!

Very simple cut and dry divorce

Very simple cut and dry divorce. No kids and have lived in separate states for 9 years. I don't understand why it took me through all of that unnecessary information. I hope this is as easy as they make it seem.

Scam Alert

Scam Alert
I payed 438,00 for the full service only to find out after 2 weeks of calling them on many occasions, they could not find me in their system. I've sent many emails and made multiple calls to get a refund but they just keep giving me the run a round. My account was locked out and It's been over a month and I'm still dealing with this. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Allen lies, don't trust him!

Shoddy product, deceptive practices

I used their service in Oct 2020. They signed me up for an ongoing service without notification or authorization, but luckily I happened to notice this while navigating the various pages in my account on their site and canceled. No email confirmation, but their website confirmed my cancellation. Fast forward to Jan 2021, and I have a $19.99 pending charge on my card from them anyway, in the process of waiting for it to post so I can dispute.

Regarding the original paperwork: shoddy. Full of typos; I had to copy into Word so that I could correct their mistakes, wish I had not wasted $160 for something no better than a free online form.

The Website reports my paperwork…

The Website reports my paperwork received from the court house however, when I call, the rude customer service rep informs me that the paperwork has yet to be returned by my EX, so which is true?

This company is horrible.

I started my divorce process in April, it's now December and I am STILL not divorced. I chose an online company over an attorney because the divorce was uncontested, no children and not much to split. I paid upfront as they required but after that I was lucky to get a response from anyone. I had to call to get status updates after hearing nothing for months, I tried looking on the site but no information there either. The Customer Service people were rude and not helpful, supervisors were always "too busy" and they never called back when I was told they would. I waited weeks for e-mails to be answered. Divorces are difficult under the best of circumstances, this company added to the stress and frustation and I will be glad to never have to deal with them again. This was a horrible experience, save yourself the frustration and find another company.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!

The company reached out to me in response to my previous review only to give me more run-around. After back and forth emails and phone calls that disconnect me, I was told to submit a request for a refund, and told no. They wasted more of my time. In the end, I still have documents that my county courthouse won't let me file and I am out $139. Avoid this company at all costs!

If I could give it zero stars

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The service seems pretty straight forward until you have the need to contact customer service. The lazy case worker failed to omit mentions of a minor child throughout the document. I emailed - nothing. I called and forwarded screen shots of the errors and was informed that the issue would be resolved within the week - nothing. Called again and requested to speak to a supervisor. After being placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes I was connected to a supposed CS Supervisor, rude Omar, who forgot that he was talking to a paying customer. Look over your paperwork thoroughly for errors. And bless you if you find some because the customer service is thoroughly lacking. There are other four letter words that more accurately describe how horrible it is if you get the drift.
