Easy to use website and a fast, efficient service.

Very good quality blinds and quick manufacturing times. I bought a house full of blinds from here in the past month and every blind was in perfect condition and manufactured to the correct measurements. Would definitely use again.

Excellent prompt service with a fabulous end product

Good quality blinds arrived in sections due to the material being made by different companies. Original order was wrong on behalf of company but the customer service was prompt and helpful to resolve issues.
The website needs to be clearer that it arrives in different stages due to various providers and the date for each item made more clearer around delivery.
Overall happy with product and general service. Would use again

Good quality product. Initially sent venetian blinds with a few slates with the wrong finish, but after getting in contact, new blinds sent out, no quibbles. I would recommend this company.

Ordered two plane blackout blinds for my daughter's rooms. They fit lovely and were a absolute doddle to put up. 5 mins tops.
Had an issue with one but it was resolved straight away. No fuss.

I ordered a blind from made to measure as there were very limited options when ordering a blind much larger than the standard measurements. I had a wide window to fit and worried that I wouldn't find a blind. I had some technical difficulties with the website so gave them a call. I spoke with Peter who was thorough and checked and double checked my meaurements. Peter was helpful, polite, patient and courteous. I then had difficulties with my payment and yet again Peter was available at the end of the phone. I ordered a white black out roller blind and with that provided with good options! I fitted the blind with ease, it lools great and solid! Very happy customer! I would recommend and order again.

Just had the kitchen replaced and needed to change the two blinds we had (which were or very first purchase from made to measure 5 or 6 years ago) due to a slight change in size. Always very impressed with the quality, hence why we went for the same again. A great quality product, easy to follow measuring instructions when ordering, first class service (had a slight issue with this order being damaged by the carrier but quickly sorted) and easy to fit too....
