Unfortunately, the fabric chosen and ordered was then found to be discontinued so that was a bit of a disappointment. However, communications were swift in resolving the issue and the replacement was delivered quickly. The packaging arrived very damaged but the contents appear to be undamaged. Again, communications with the company were very satisfactory. Generally a good experience due to outstanding customer service.

Fabulous blinds.
They were delivered quickly. We had never fitted blinds ourselves before so couldn't work out how the brackets went. Phoned up and spoke to Peter who was most helpful and talked us through the fitting. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Would definitely recommend.

I requested samples first which were posted promptly. Order was placed and blinds delivered when specified with the benefit of paying a small extra charge to have delivered on a Saturday. Blinds arrived as scheduled and x 3 windows fitted by my husband and I in just couple hours and look great.

firstly very clear and concise instructions on what and how to measure for the blinds.
kept up to date with order progress - the was a slight delay due to the colour not being available.
blinds arrived on day estimated, well protected in Toblerone shape type packaging, which was very sturdy - the ends for the blinds are stored behind the bits of foam protectors
instructions on how to fit are excellent - followed them to the letter and managed to put them up 1st go and a week later they're still up
would i buy again from this company - YES DEFINITELY

Overall experience very good especially as everything is done on line - only downside was the quality of the product - it did not hang too well on the very cheap fixings - so may need to source an alternative blind
