BIG FRAUD EVER, I bought 3 dresses never RECIEVE IT!!!

The product look so good on the website but they are answering really slow on my emails and i still haven t received my order. I ordered in on february 8...

I never write reviews. It is my first one. A website is a complete fraud. I bought several dresses. I received an automatic message that the order is received and to wait until it would be ready to be shipped. After I decided to follow up on an email that was stated on their website with some explanations and the email returned to me as a non-delivered. It was the first strange sign. But I decided to wait anyway.
After a complete absence of communication, I informed PayPal that there are no products received and I started a legitimate process with PayPal service (I paid with this system). They wrote to me to wait until the seller will precise some information or at least contact me. I received an email that I will be contacted with a solution within 48 hours. This 48 hours lasted for 1 month, after what the PayPal put the case in my favor and returned my money.
I hope it will save somebody's else money. Stay attentive. It is my first experience to pay the products and not to receive communication and products.

I READ AN ANSWER THAT THE SELLER PUT BELOW. Well, of course, I was not going to put to millions of people on the platform my real name and the same email I made an order from as it is connected to my PayPal. But you can check the order made 11.02.2020, number of order 1373, for total of 324.73 US dollars, the payment. You are good psychologists to just write that it is a competitor's game. The world is big and there are enough clients for everybody especially if the shop exists at least.

TO PEOPLE: I hope my experience will save somebody's pockets and money, if you want to risk anyway and order, do it, but pay through PayPal as I did, I successfully received back my money after the legal procedure of PayPal.

I cannot praise mydressline.com enough. I found a ball gown in a local store in Charleston, SC that was not in stock in my size, nor were they able to order it in time for the military ball I was attending on Feb 28. I searched the dress designer and style number online and found that mydressline.com carried the exact dress. I placed my order online and was emailed immediately by a staff member that the dress I just purchased was actually out of stock. I was instantly filled with panic as I had less than a month before the ball and not a lot of wiggle room. I explained this to her and she then reached out to Mac Duggal and worked it out so that they could ship me the dress directly, rather than sending it to them first. She assured me it would be delivered by Feb 10 and it was actually delivered on Feb 7, three whole days early! I also noticed that the box had my name hand written on it with a sticker that said MUST SHIP TODAY. I had a terrible experience with another store and I can't put into words how much mydressline.com put me at ease. I will absolutely be ordering all of my future gowns from them!

The most unreliable, DISHONEST, rude, people i have ever done business.
I ordered a dress my son's wedding and they lied to me about a size and style of the dress. And after waiting 4 weeks they canceled my order. It was the most unpleasant and stressful moment. These people should not be in the business. I will follow a claim to a better business bureau and to IRS.
I will make sure what they have done to me does not happen to any other people. They shouldn't get any star. These people have been threatening my family and I after I posted this review.
NOW THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT MY REVIEW IS FAKE.

Wow, never will I have to go through the trouble of going to 50 dress stores and trying to find the right dress, this site is definitely my go-to when I need a dress, easy to find and the shipping is really fast as well !

I would give less if possible. THERE ARE NO RETURNS supposedly which you would think would have been written in red and posted all over prior to ordering. I did go off of the size chart and it didn't fit, No time to alter and too long to exchange and not alter anyway.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have a no money back return policy, which I feel is extremely unreasonable for an online company.
I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and the color was very different online verses in person, in addition to that it totally didn't fit correctly, guess I am out $350.00.
