Thums up from landlord and developer
We're both landlords and developers, and have faced the perennial problem of mould (student HMO property) that you would normally expect from that type of property.
Having tried various diiferent solutions to prevent it, we came across Eco Roof and gave it a go in a couple of the worst properties. The solution has worked brilliantly and as a result we've started a programme across the rest of our portfolio.
In addition to that, we've began to apply it on some of our developments (where appropriate) and it seems to have a big impact on the EPC's which is beginning to be more of a plus for sales as time goes on and people are more conscious of energy saving in the home.
All in all, thums up from us.

The insulation was completed within the time frame stated,the installers where very good cleaned up before they they left,have been pleasantly surprised with the warmth retained,house has kept a constant temperature and is certainly running a couple of degrees lower, central heating off during the day house still retaining constant temperature very pleased with the results
