Great prodcut that is well made and easy to connect and set up. My Electrician would have prefered screw terminals for the main power cable as it so large in core size, rather than the push connectors, but thats all.

The charger needed to replaced within a year due to a burnt metal prong. It was a known problem so there could have been better proactive action to check units already in use. The process to get it replaced could be better, in that the flow of information to us needed to be more empathetic. We didn't get information we needed until a lady at the reception took on the responsibility to engage some second order thinking. So 5* for her assistance. The replacement unit doesn't work properly as the key lights do not work so in the dark we need to use our phone light. We still have the old unit and have tried to contact you re disposal. Again back to my point above on communication.

It seems to work well so far. The app is good. Shame the screen on the unit is so small and can be difficult to read. I suppose a larger screen may be vandalised? Looks cool as an American would say. Since I am not an American I will say it’s not unfortunate.

Works really well with some unique features such as whole house energy monitoring and charging lock to remove the fear of someone connecting and running up your bill when not at home
