The product is good and convenient when it works . Our Zappi broke down after two years and had to be replaced, Was used to charge one vehicle which is part electric and was nor excessively used. It has now been replaced and perhaps we were just unlucky

Great product. Has lots of options and will therefore suit almost every situation. Sturdy quality. The price is quite high though and I imagine this will have to come down once this is a more common piece of house equipment. Found the CT clamps quite bulky, not easy to fit in the small space of an electric board. The installation manual could have been a bit easier to understand, had to use different manuals, youtube films and a call to the help centre. But in the end it's all working fine and I am a proud owner/user of this Zappi.

Car charger fitted by Octopus Energy. It charges my car, but getting onto the Octopus tarrif for EV charging (Octopus Go) seems to be impossible, despite raising the issue with Octopus three times.

So far great product that’s easy to use but you are paying a premium for Zappi I am glad I paid the extra to get a myenergi installer. He was a great chap who knew his stuff. So far a very happy customer!

Only using charger about month but find easy to use (App is traight forward as well) and haven't got any issues so far. Just think is quite expensive 🤔

Looks neat on the wall. The app is straightforward to download and use. Connecting to the car is quick and easy. I have set the timer to charge at the overnight tariff, so I just plug-in in the evening and start the next day with a full charge. [LfP battery.] Simple and effective.
