All ok but be careful using with BYD as the schedule function does not work. Needs a work around which is a pain as has to be done in the car. Then reset car and zappi for solar mode (eco++) Also the App is buggy. It and the zappi needs to be reset often say monthly for one fault or another.

The Zappi was straightforward for an electrician to install and it worked perfectly well for a few weeks. It then struggled after a data update, and then stopped working after two months. I am waiting on customer support to respond to my service request sent almost a week ago.

Product is great, installation engineer was great and really knowledgeable. I would happy rate 5 star if it was not for the ordering process. Bought with the installation directly from my energi, the charger was sent directly to me before my order was reviewed. I had it a week before they even reviewed my order where you have to send in pictures of your meter etc. Then a week later I get a message saying they cannot install it, I have to go to my supplier to get X installed and changed on my meter. If this was done before taking payment or sending the charger fine, but weeks later and then saying they can't install I was very annoyed. I would suggest anyone asks for support before paying anything to them to know what you need to do before they have your cash and you can't go elsewhere. Great product but horrible pre and post sales support

I am very happy with my Zappi and the myenergi app. It all works well, and the installers (Perth Solar Force) did a nice job on the installation. It would be 5 stars, except that the support from myenergi in relation to getting the Zappi and Harvi talking to the WiFi was almost non-existant. So, it took quite a while to trouble shoot the WiFi issues. After that, everything was great.
