I've been using Equa cups and bottles for years now. Coffee cup (2021), glass water bottle (2019) and my newest is the carry on termal (2026). Very happy with all of them. So happy, in fact, that I've been gifting them to my friends as well. Keep up the great work.

I purchased two identical bottles – one with text printed on it and one without. Both were used in exactly the same way; however, the bottle with the printed text started peeling, with the top layer of material coming off, while the bottle without the text remains in perfect condition.
When I submitted a warranty claim, it was rejected with the explanation that the product is not dishwasher-safe. I find this response completely inappropriate, as this is not a case of color fading (as mentioned in the instructions), but rather actual peeling and detachment of the material. In my opinion, this does not constitute normal wear and tear under regular use.
What bothers me the most is that the complaint was clearly not properly reviewed. Instead, I received a generic, boilerplate response without any real assessment of the specific case. This is particularly unacceptable given that the identical bottle without the printed text is still in flawless condition, despite being used under the same conditions.
I also have a strong impression that the responses are automated or generated with the help of artificial intelligence, without any real inspection of the actual situation.
I am very dissatisfied with the product and especially with the way this complaint was handled, and I cannot recommend it.

I bought Omega 3 gummies as I have a problem with taking pills. They work wonderfully, I am very happy with the product. No aftertaste or burping. Will order again.

I’ve been using Recharge Tonic + Creatine for my second month now, and so far I feel really good about it. It’s practical, tastes great, and the free bottle is very useful for drinking it while I train or work. It would be helpful if it contained 30 sachets instead of 20 so it could last the whole month.
I’m also taking the D3 + K2 + E vitamins, and they’re working really well too. The changes aren’t immediate. I’d need more time to be more precise, but I have no complaints so far.
Shipping was very fast as well.
And the effort put into the aesthetics is appreciated. It’s not the most important thing compared to the product itself, but it definitely enhances the overall experience.

The delivery takes a while and the updates on the shipping page is not always up to date but I'm totally fine with that cause the products I bought are worth the wait.

Horrendous quality. The screw on cap of my thermo bottle fell apart after 3 months of use. Had glued it several times but today even a plastic insert part broke off at total of 7 (!!!) months of usage. Thank you for more trash on this planet earth! Shameful to ask for such prices when you don’t give a shit as a company for durability and sustainability of your products.

AVOID this classic Balkan dishonest company. Far away from western standards.

After writing an email to customer service and getting no feedback, I decided to approach them on Facebook page. Their “support” was to delete the comment, because apparently you are not allowed to share your experience. So to summarize iz here: coffe spills all around when you use the cup, also some kind if vacuum is created so when you close it hot liquid drains out (on my arm as well!!) and afterwards it is impossible to open it. Since they are not cheap, I expected at least a reply, not ignore and deletion of comment.

Very pleasant water bottles: attractive and extremely practical to use. The drinking spout is well designed and the handle makes them easy to carry. It’s also great that they come in several colors, so each family member can have their own.

They are simply the best.

Ordered several bottles for Xmas with custom lettering, which takes longer. Arrived perfectly wrapped, they are beautiful and sturdy.
I have been uaing an older one for 3 years now and it still looks great. So I ordered a few more.
