Ordered a bottle 3 weeks ago. Never received it, never got contacted, I’ve emailed several times and have been ignored every single time. Don't know how to get my money back! Completely unacceptable customer service. Avoid.

Love the products. I used my thermo bottle for over two years and I’m in love with it, can’t imagine my day without it. I orderd thermo bottels for my family now too and a coffee cup for me. Also love the macthacchino magic, it tastes great.

I simple adore equa. I bought so much stuff. And also gifted so much stuff from equa and every single persone loved it.

They charged me more than it was saying. Their website didn't want to take my coupon, and than they didn't want to cancel my order. I needed to open dispute on Revolut, then after few days they canceled my wrong charged order. They didn't respond on my multiple mails. Then when I ordered again, it took them more than one month to deliver. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered 3 weeks ago, got the confirmation, but its been quiet since then, they took my money, customer support is not answering, i also wrote an email, didnt get a response, horrible service and company, dont buy.

Really, really bad experience with my online order from the official Myequa website. I ordered an Equa bottle and tonic drinks on November 14th. They state that delivery takes 2–4 working days, but after 21 days I still haven’t received anything. I sent an email on November 25th, and they replied that my order would be shipped shortly, yet nothing has arrived. I wouldn’t recommend buying from their website — try pharmacies or any other store instead. I’m angry and very disappointed, especially because it was supposed to be a gift.

Love the design of the waterbottles and that it is made of glas. I have one in my workplace and one at home so that i can drink enough water every day. Also i think that it is the greatest gift, for the holidays im going to give both my best friends one each and also my husband one! :)

I've ordered many times from Equa - I own several bottles and cups, since I liked them so much. They're great to use, the liquids don't spill and they also have a cute design.

I have bought them as gifts as well and my friends liked them a lot too :)

From the day I tried Recharge tonic, I basically cant imagine my life without it. My job is stressful and demanding and with recharge tonic I feel more energized, my body feels lighter and I can cope easier with all the tasks and activities throughout the day. Since the launch of recharge tonic with creatin, I am obssesed, every morning filling up my carry cup with this tonic became my favourite ritual :) I am also drinking Immunity hero now the autumn has started and I love it also. Recharge tonic really improves my energy level every time i need it. It is like a booster for the body. In one tasty drink are a lot of vitamins and minerals that body needs. I really recommend it. Service support is also fast and supportive 🌸❤️

I placed an order on August 15th, but nothing has been shipped yet. If I don't send a message, they don't keep me updated. Very poor service. The bottle is good quality, but the cap and lid are not. I'm placing a new order because it broke within a year. I'm curious when I'll receive my order.

I'm a big fan of their Recharge Tonic (flavours of lemon-green tea & lime-mint). I use it whenever I'm feeling low in energy or when I'm just kind of "off-ish". Be it in the morning, if I'm still tired after an active weekend, or during hiking or on board a plane, when another bottle of water in simply not enough, or after a few drinks just to be on the safe side :). Purchasing online is the easiest, delivery quick and customer service excellent!

I really love Matchaccino classic. I drink it after my lunch and I do not need another coffee or dessert! Best Matcha in the world. If you like more sweet i recommend.
