Marc Jones - Retirement Technician was my first point of contact & he was very Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable & Professional with the initial discussions.

I was then passed on to Paul Goulden - Independent Financial Adviser who spent a lot of time explaining my various options regarding an Equity Release switch from my present provider. He came up with a suitable plan that will save me several thousand pounds over the term of the Lifetime Mortgage. I was very impressed with his knowledge & expertise & the costs involved were considerably more favourable than their Competitors.

Finally, Clare Gavin - Administrator handled the process leading up to completion of the Mortgage. I was kept informed every step of the way & the Mortgage was completed within a very short space of time.

Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received from My Equity Release Expert & would have no hesitation in recommending them & this is actually the second time that I have used their services. The first time was equally impressive! (Previous Review 6th May 2017).

Went ok. I did have to wait 5 months to get the money into my account as their were problems getting the land registry approved. This was because documents for this went missing but now solved.
