This e-bank is a scam.
They debited thousands of euros as extra fees when they blocked the account and returned back (after almost 3 months from the wire received) almost 60.000€ to the senders when also I sent to them all the documents as well the customer KYC as real proof.
I opened also an FCA complaint in June 2021 against these scammers.
