The Event Concierge was a new concept for me, however I am so happy that I placed my full trust in Alex and his team to help me organise my sisters hen party.
The cocktail masterclass was super fun and engaging and got us all merry and ready for the murder mystery and delicious three course meal - all in the comfort of our home! We were super impressed and would happily use the company again.

We had a fantastic Cocktail, 3 course meal and a murder mystery evening all arranged by My Concierge. All three reps for each of the above were lovely polite and assisted us to have a smooth running pleasant evening. would definitely use again

To celebrate my 60th birthday with family, I booked an afternoon archery session followed by an evening celebration ‐ mixologist, Murder Mystery event and 3 course meal catered by private chef. All aspects ran smoothly and communication with everyone involved was great. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the weekend away, and it was so nice to be able to do everything at the rental property without the hassle of having to drive or get taxis! A great experience! Thank you!

I booked the murder mystery event through the Concierge including the private chef and mixologist for a family celebration. Communication was excellent, everything ran really smoothly and was reasonably priced. The family thoroughly enjoyed the event! I would not hesitate to use again, thanks!

Casino night, wow, absolutely fabulous. All the guests absolutely loved it. Brian and Caroline, the Croupiers were fantastic and made the night what it was. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the service had a mixologist, murder mystery and private chef Darek who was outstanding 😀 all went smoothly and contributed to a fantastic weekend of fun.

Alex was super helpful with ideas and options tailored to my needs, and super responsive with any questions throughout. I was organising an event for 50 people and he and his network of suppliers took so much stress out of the organising, and delivered excellent food and other produce/services. We worked with My Event Concierge to help plan and coordinate our 100-year anniversary trip, and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process.

Used My Event Concierge for a 1920’s Murder Mystery event at my hen do. The communication before the day was very good. The actors were on time and really good getting everyone sorted with their scripts, kept everything on track and gave a great performance. Everyone throughly enjoyed it.

Such a great Hen party at Toft Hall. Everyone was so professional, prompt and friendly. We made cocktails with Seb with lots of fun games and the most amazing cocktails, the elderflower fizz and passion fruit martini were big hits! Then we had a Murder Mystery with Jon which everyone loved and got really involved, it was a great laugh and something new for most. This took part as our private chef Richard prepared a 3 course meal with the most amazing tiramisu and lovely service from a waitress. It was so special and took all the stress away from having to travel and rush about. Would highly recommend to anyone planning an event!

This is the third time using my events concierge and everything was amazing as always! I arranged my friends hen do and had the spa package, cocktail class and private chef. All 3 events were perfect! Everything went so smoothly and all 14 of us enjoyed every second. Would highly recommend for any occasion!

I used this company to help arrange my best friends hen do. They sourced a cocktail masterclass, private chef and a pampering experience. Communication was very quick and clear which made the booking of each activity easy and smooth. Would definitely recommend My Concierge to anybody else needing this service.

Fantastic experience and value for money. We had a chef cook for our Dad’s 80th birthday. The meal was delicious and the accommodation was great for a family gathering. The chef and the waitress were very friendly and polite, it made the weekend feel very special. Would definitely recommend it for special occasions.

This was the perfect way to celebrate our besties 50th birthday, the planning was all done for us and service provided was amazing. We had lovely Hayley for our spa treatments which were fabulous, Matt and Lynn for our absolutely delicious meal (thank u for embracing our themed menu) and Daniel for our cocktail lesson-who made the best tasting cocktails ever as well as made us all laugh with his theories and facts about the world. 100% recommended, will definitely use again. Our event was for a family long weekend celebration with ages ranging from a toddler up to an 84 year old. Alex and his team spent a long time helping us to decide suitable activities. Then we had to change the dates and they effortlessly re-arranged the bookings.

Finally we booked Laser Clay Shooting with Simon, a Cocktail Masterclass with Zac and Ceramic Painting with Gemma and a private chef Paul provided a delicious three course "Gala" dinner on the last night of our stay.

We were delighted with each of the activities which were thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests. We felt that Alex and his team had listened to and met our requirements extremely well.

Everyone enjoyed a memorable weekend and we are extremely grateful that My Event Concierge took over all the arrangements on our behalf.
