If you want fresh fruit that’s delivered fast then you can trust this company. I’d recommend the coconuts, passion fruit grandilla, yellow dragonfruit, mangosteen, lychees, papaya and many more there’s so much to choose. I’ve experimented with different companies who have slightly cheaper shipping and cheaper fruit but it’s not worth it. Some companies took several days to come which is awful for fresh fruit.
I’d always buy from here now and just wait until I’m ready to do a large order. Thanks, my exotic fruit!

Impressive First Order... Will Use Again
I came across My Exotic Fruit by chance after the company I’d been using for the past two years suddenly disappeared.
I send a fruit basket every month to my elderly aunt in London, so consistency and quality really matter to me. This was my first order with them — and it absolutely delivered. The selection, presentation, and overall quality genuinely blew her away.
The only point worth noting is delivery time. It took around four days from placing the order, whereas my previous supplier used to deliver next day. That said, the company has been clear about their timelines, so as long as you plan ahead, it’s not an issue.
Overall, a very solid experience and I’ll definitely be using them again going forward.

Amazing service, very responsive and efficient.
This store offers an excellent variety of exotic fruits. When I placed a large order and a couple of items were unavailable, they contacted me immediately to inform me of suitable replacements and handled the situation smoothly.
I also asked to be notified when the varieties of purple Star apples I wanted were back in season, and they kindly added me to a notification list.
They accommodated my request for fast delivery too, since I was about to leave the country, and needed for the fruits to arrive on time before I left.
Overall, the service was excellent: responsive, professional, and reliable. I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely order from them again!

Got a small exotic fruit box for my friend as a Birthday gift who loves fruit markets abroad. She was really happy with the quality, freshness and the ripeness just being right.

Extremely exceptional company
Extremely exceptional company providing the most exquisite exotic fruit which are high in nutrition as well as tasting great. I'm so glad I've discovered this company and can now have access to exotic fruits from around the world. Some in which I have never come across before. I purchased the egg fruit frozen pulp and the taste blew me away. It was like vanilla custard with an hint of mango. I also purchased the frozen soursap pulp and that was just simply delicious, both are now added ito my morning smoothie to give me that extra boost of nutrition. Quick and stress free delivery. All in all a great experience and great fruits.

Incorrect order and no refund
I initially ordered 2 Jamaican/Ugandan Avocados which were perfect so I ordered another 10. What arrived was not what I initially ordered and received they were smaller Avocados so I complained. If you order the same item twice you expect the same item to arrive right? My Exotic Fruits then promised they would ensure that the next order would be the same as the first so I ordered again. This time they were even smaller than before. I complained for the 2nd time and was assured that the next order would be checked my a senior member of the team before dispatch. I placed the 4th order for 10 Avocados and was assured they were as expected by a senior team member. What then arrived was the most ridiculously tiny Avocados small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. If that isn't adding insult to injury I don't know what is. To top it off they refuse to refund even partially even after deceiving me 3 times. Find another supplier these lot cannot be trusted.

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns. We take all customer feedback seriously and would like to address the issues you’ve outlined regarding fruit quality and our customer service.
Regarding your third order on 8/11/25, you expressed dissatisfaction with fruit size and indicated you would not be ordering again due to this. As advised at the time, fruit size can vary significantly due to seasonal factors and supplier conditions, including weather, which are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
Your fourth order, placed on 28/12/25, included a note requesting that quality be checked. This was completed prior to dispatch, and no concerns were identified at that stage. There was no mention of a sizing issue at the time of packing.
On 6/1/26, we received an email from you requesting a return address, however no explanation was provided initially. Upon further follow-up, you advised that the avocados were shrivelled and too small. We reviewed our dispatch records, including photos taken at the time the order left our premises, which show no visible shrivelling. As a result, we requested photographs from you to help determine whether the issue may have occurred during transit.
We also explained that avocado size is seasonal, and based on this, we offered a partial refund on 8/1/26 as a gesture of goodwill. This offer was initially accepted. Subsequently, you requested to return the fruit, at which point we explained that fresh produce cannot be returned for food safety reasons. This led to the matter being escalated to management.
Throughout this process, we have remained in regular contact and have made genuine efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, we are concerned by the tone of your most recent correspondence, particularly the statement that you wished for our business to “burn to the ground.”
Please be assured that your complaint has been taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and responded to in good faith. Our aim has always been to reach a reasonable and respectful resolution.
Excellent frozen medlars
Excellent frozen medlars. These fruits were properly bletted and the flesh was soft, yielding, sweet, fruity and caramelly. Just about the best medlars I have ever bought.
I will certainly purchase these again.
