Awful company they don't reply to…

Awful company they don't reply to emails or phone calls.
I collected money to send a gift to a collegue who has cancer, he started treatment the basket did not arrive on time despite paying for next day delivery no updates and no help received now contacting my credit card company to get a refund .
I wish I read the reviews before paying!!

Ordered from this website as a present for my sons Birthday… order took 7 days to get here despite having chosen premier next day delivery
Obviously fruit not looking great by this time and a very disappointed Son. Have tried to email / ring but no response, very disappointing.

Six weeks late for birthday

Six weeks, yes six weeks late!!! Staggeringly bad. When fruit arrived the box was badly packed with fruit just lying on a bed of shredded paper but bouncing all over the box, so bruised and damaged.

Great idea, but this company are completely incapable of executing it. Avoid.

The day you pick for delivery is…

The day you pick for delivery is disregarded. Customer service is non existent! Wish I have checked reviews first! My son picked the box for his birthday instead of a cake, and now it won’t be delivered on time.

I was advised by Exotic Fruit over the…

I was advised by Exotic Fruit over the phone three months before placing my order to submit it about three days before I needed the fruit. Following that advice, I placed my order on Thursday as I needed the delivery by Sunday. Today is Monday, and I still haven’t received the order or even an email update.

Their info email address doesn’t work (it returns “no address found”), no one answers the phone, and although I left a recorded message on Saturday, I never received a reply. I also submitted a complaint through the form on their website, but there has been no response.

At this point, it feels like I’ve been scammed out of nearly £80. If I don’t hear back soon, I will be forced to take further action.

Disappointed

I wish I had read these reviews. I paid £61.90 for rotten fruits. I did not get the number of fruits stated. I got 4 small limes and a plantain to make up numbers. This was supposed to be a gift but it’s so disappointing. I tried on numerous occasions to contact them for my delivery date and the never replied. I will never purchase from this company again. I would like to show the photos of what I received in a damp box.

Terrible experience. Item was not shipped. I finally for a response to my emails and they didn't know where my order was and had to chase the warehouse. After the first update I received no further responses. Then when item arrived the fruits were a mix of over ripe and under ripe. The under ripe fruits where so small I've not been able to get them to ripen without them spoiling. The fruits were tiny and simply not worth the money.

I'd expect to pay a premium price for exotic fruits but this was just a joke.

Delivery not reliable but quality good

Although at the time of ordering they gave the option to request a specific day! Which I took advantage of, the fruits did not arrive in the given day and I had to contact them twice before my order was eventually delivered, almost a week later!!!
On the positive side the fruits were well packed and if good quality.
I will be ordering again and hopefully next time the delivery expierence will be improved!

Scam

Ordered a box on 18/12/25 expected delivery date was 5 days
Given the Christmas period I gave them extra time. However it's now 5.1.25 no dispatch email.
I've reported an issue via their website and emailed several times. I've had no communication at all.
I believe it to be a scam at this point.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Incredibly expensive - £2 per piece of fruit. Selection box mostly filled with things like apples and pears, definitely not what the photo implies. Website incorrectly says you can pick a delivery date at checkout - there is an option on the 'view cart' page only, which I missed, and then following the instructions to email them my delayed delivery request only led them to say they wouldn't facilitate it. Additionally, selection box missing a menu as advertised - frankly quite a key selling point and useful part of the whole experience. And a refusal to acknowledge their failures in these regards via email. My overall impression is they are a shoddy business and should be avoided.

Bank dispute raised

I have had to raise a dispute with my bank as this company have taken my money and not responded to any of my emails or dispatched my order. Terrible customer service and no idea if it is even legit.

I initially thought I got scammed…

I initially thought I got scammed because I’ve not heard back from them for 3 days. Then I got an email from DHL saying a shipment was due. I received my green mangoes and mangosteen - very good quality I have to say. They could do better with communication because I tried calling the number on the site but couldt get through and their email wasn’t working.
