The manager talks to you like you are…

The manager talks to you like you are dumb so they can make a sale. Dishonest and Misleading company

Do not go here, they do not care about the customer or their experience. They are a money grabbing company. I ordered my script and they never made the order. When I asked for the script so I can fill out at Walmart, they said Walmart wouldn't have it. I ordered and it cost me $104 at Eye lab. Went to Walmart to check with them and they said they have some in stock at the store for $78.

This place is a joke supposed to have my glasses today and nobody can tell me where they are. Nor have I got a phone call saying they are going to be late very disrespectful. I got talked into going here and I should have stayed with lens crafters

These guys haven’t stopped!

These guys haven’t stopped! Not getting anything for my reviews other than the satisfaction of knowing I walk out of My Eye Lab with a new pair of prescription glasses that I love and at a good price. Lisa and Izzy made it hard to turn down another offer for a new look! If you haven’t been satisfied with this location then you haven’t been asking for what you want. Next time ask for the Ramona discount (I made that up but it can’t fail) and don’t give up until you get the glasses you need or want at a fair price.

Requested a copy of my eye prescription

Let me explain first, I never have the time to write reviews but this company My eyelab made me do it, the reason is, I went to see the eye doctor she gave me a prescription for my eye medicine in mini piece of paper not even sent it to my pharmacy and unfortunately I lost the piece of paper so I called them so many times about getting a copy of my prescription back then finally the customer service rep transfers the call to the store and this gentleman tells me I have to go to the store to get another prescription I explained to him I cannot go to the store I do not have a car and will have to pay more than $20 for transportation and this gentleman from the store hangs up on me like he did not really care.

I understand he was explaining to me but there is got to be a way to get a copy of the prescription without having so much hassle, I 'm sorry to tell you this company gave me the worst esperience ever will never go back again, never got the copy of my prescription

Both glasses were two different prescriptions;when I tried to get a refund a day after I was told I couldn't, despite the website saying you can if your unsatisfied. Took weeks for them to come in, because they never called because they put my number down wrong,and while everyone said I can get a refund and waited an hour I was told I couldn't

This company is a ripoff

This company is a ripoff, I was there at the beginning of the month to check my vision since they are contracted with my insurance. And made a big mistake trusted this was a company that was trustworthy and did not look at my bill before paying the amount that I thought I heard that was $29.00 dollars since I brought my frames with me and my insurance covers $200.00 it seems that was correct but this company was charging $524.00 dollars just for the lens my advice shop around.

Do NOT use this business

This place does bad business and will not honor a warranty for glasses. I ordered on 09-11-21.
I got an email on 09-20-21 stating the glasses arrived at store. On 09-21-21 I picked them up. The earpiece broke within the year.
I called on 08-29-22 and was told the warranty was good until 09-21-22. So I brought the glasses into store on 09-18-21. I was then told the warranty expired on 09-11-22. 1 year from the time I “ordered” the glasses. Not from 1 year from the time they were ready for pickup.
This company is a fraud and not honoring what they state in their contracts.

Customer service

1st I was impressed with the virtual equipment,however my contacts prescribed wasn't seeing well which is normal with contacts so I saw7 the dr on a different day and he gave me a total different prescription way lower than what had ,he is a genius but it was just a bit off and I went back for a final check so I can order my lenses an glasses. The office lady was extremely rude talking over me and saying I should try somewhere else and if I want to see the dr again I will have to pay. I am not satisfied but I will be going back bcse the dr is great they just need to stop this woman from destroying thier business. Funny enough on my 2 visits before I did hear her arguing with customers both times but I just it wasn't my business, she needs to be addressed.

I had an experience going to Eyelab they don’t know how to read your ice right they give you the wrong prescription and they don’t call you or text you when your prescriptions in as your contacts your glasses or your trials you got to keep calling them and the manager is very rude I happened to go talk to him about my eyes he kept giving me the go around finally I told him I wanted my refund back the total amount of 307 he got kind of mad started calling me that I was a liar and then he caught me lying and kept repeating and telling me that I was a liar he caught me lying he told me like maybe 20 times that’s not a good place to be going for your eye exam if you’re going to go somewhere make sure you waste your money at a real eye exam he’s not a good manager as I heard he is the owner of the eye lab so kind of stay away stay away don’t go back

Eyelab the place to be!

The most amazing service I have had in years from any establishment! Every and or any business can learn a thing or two from Dajia D. Dajia answered all my questions and made me feel beautiful when picking out my eye wear! I am 48 years old and have been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old. I have been In many optometrist offices over the years. Dajia and eyelab is by far the #1 best people and place to visit for your next eye exam, glasses, or contacts! Thanks Dajia for the fantastic experience!!!

Unhappy customer

My daughter and I had a eye exam at the Kernersville location approximately the 3rd week of August. She received her new glasses on approximately august 26. As of September 2 I still have not received my new glasses. I don’t understand why both were submitted the same date and I have not received mine. Now they are saying I want receive mine until September 9th. The first arrival date was September 1. So at this time I am not very happy with their delivery of new glasses. The other problem I have with them is the exam was done by a virtual website visit with a doctor. So you do not get a physical hands on exam which doesn’t give you the opportunity to address issues you may have. I mean there is nothing like being able to talk with the doctor face to face especially if you have concerns. At this point I don’t know if I would recommend eye lab or not because at this point I ma not real satisfied with them.

Buyers beware.

Bought 2 pair of glasses months ago. The guy told me that the glasses has 1 year warranty. Went there today to have my glasses fix. I spoke to a lady and said there is no warranty on the glasses I have. She told me to buy or replace the frames for $77 each. Bought the 2 of the glasses for $99. Was even thinking of buying 2 new pair cause my glasses are getting blurry. I guess once you buy and get your glasses they void any warranty. Never ever going to buy glasses there for sure.

I was told on August 8th, 2022 my glasses would be ready in 7-10 business days. It's now been 17 business days, and no one can tell me where my glasses are. No shipping information available. Absolutely no tracking number at all. Website order look up is a joke. Now I am being told it's going to be 3 more days. The plain truth is that they have no idea where my order is. I needed these glasses before driving a long trip on Labor Day weekend.

I paid this place over $900.00 for just ONE pair glasses. My money is gone, and I still have no glasses. The people at the store keep telling me it will be 3 more days.

Save yourself a lot of frustration and find another place for your glasses or contacts. This place just don't seem to care about anything. Better Business Bureau gives them 1.2 stars out of 5.

* Update 08/30/22 * According to website, my order has been delayed another week until September 5th. That is Labor Day, so that is not going to happen. I spoke to the store, and was told that they fired everyone at this location last week. It just keeps getting better.

* Update again - 08/30/22
I got a response from my Google reveiw from the owner, and called the number provided. I got the same call center in India, telling me that my glasses have been delayed. Calling this number did me ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD. Owner did nothing to "make this right with me" as they stated in their reply.
