Miscommunication
There seems to be miscommunication with how you join myfaceclub. I purchased something but didn't realise I had actually joined a membership. After help from Emy my membership was cancelled perhaps I should learn to read the small print.

Refund of debeted money
My mothers account got debited many times for a few months. We don't know how it happened, maybe my mother (old) clicked somewhere. I contacted support and after explaining that the subscription was not by our request, myfaceclub refunded all the money.

Secondly, I have no emails or confirmations of the projector I've ordered which was awhile ago. But the money has came out my account yet I have no receipt or anything to prove I've bought a projector off them
Emy has contacted me and is issuing a refund no more issues.

Myfaceclub Miscommunication Issues
I am writing you to bring to your attention that issue Ibraised earlier about MyFaceclub is currently being handled by their team.
Apparently, this was a communication issue. Emy from their team reached out to me, the subscription is now deactivated with a refund in progress.

This is a pure scam
This is a pure scam. They are just stealing money from unsuspecting people.
I purchased something online, and a couple of days later had an email asking for additional postage. When I clicked on it, it signed me up to 'myfaceclub" and charged me 2EUR. There are additional charges that follow if you don't cancel quickly enough (there's even a cancellation charge)
