I had an issue with my product and communicated this back to the company in which they worked with me for a suggestion and great solution. Very happy with the outcome!

Product took a while to arrive but when it did, was happy with it. Sadly after the first wash, a hole appeared in the seam on top of the toes. Contacted customer services whoch reaponded quickly but wouldn't replace or refund. For the cost, I wouldn't expected a hole to happen so quickly so don't think they use qood quality socks. Would not recommend and would use a different company that sells similar.

The day after I submitted my order I realised I had ordered the wrong size so I sent a message asking if it was too late to change it. Sara was so helpful and got it sorted out really quickly, I can’t wait to see how it turns out but so far I’m really impressed with their customer service:)

We ordered our 12 shirts with just over 2 weeks until the deadline. Santa socks did everything they could have to make this the best customer service I have received in a very long time.
They put a rush on the production of the shirts, shipped them express and got the shirts done and delivered on time! When they showed up I was even impressed with the quality of shirt for the price. Very impressive....

Her husband just passed away and I’m too far away herre in New Zealand to comfort her so I saw this online and ordered her hubby’s face in the minime pillow. Arrived on time.
