The product itself was very good and easy to build. The only thing was that I didn’t get shipping/tracking updates at all so I did have to message them for it but they were quick to respond and help out! They sent me info and also answered some questions I had all within a day or two. Good product and good customer service!

Really unhappy with the customer service. I never received the shipment, I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks. When I told the customer service they said to get in touch with DHL myself, to get ride of me. I tried but only the sender can open a case with DHL, they are now unresponsive and won't return me the money. Really BAD customer experience

Very reliable. I was 50/50 purchasing from a website that had never purchased from before due to scamming etc. I received my order exactly when it said it would arrive and the quality and material is unreal and the pictures are not blurry at all. The sizes are correct.. my Shop app informed me that it was delivered elsewhere but came to my house that was the only confusion so I did send an email about this and I was helped straight away. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be ordering again. Amazing birthday or Christmas ideas or just a gag gift. Love them. Thank you so much.
