late and poop quality

Arrived extremely late which I can forgive for a high quality product. Poor quality material and graphics were unrecognisable. I ended up getting a rushed unthoughtful gift for the recipient as I would have been embarrassed to gift the socks with her dog on or at least that’s what I ordered! Never again £25+ down the drain

THey understand graphics

THey make great photo clothes. I've gotten socks, and another time a tee shirt. Each one had a great rendition of the image I sent. Most importantly, they knew which parts of the photo needed to be transparent, so I got just a face, what I wanted, not a face in a box.

More recently, they refunded me for a picture skirt which I acidentially ordered. They're unique enough that I will probably use them many times. Jack Ritter

Appalling

I ordered 2 items on the 21st Jan and paid for express delivery which stipulated 6-8 days delivery, which tied in to the timescales I need to gift these.
It is now nearly 3 weeks and having chased these repeatedly, I am told that it is now in production and another 10 days for delivery.

I have requested a full refund as the company has not met its obligations to which I got the following;

We are truly sorry for this delay in production, however, we cannot offer a full refund, for the items have been put into production, which means that a restocking has to be charged, 30% of the items' amount. The restocking fee includes human costs, raw materials, and handling fees. As the items are customized, we can not sell them as new. Thanks for your understanding.

How can any company operate in such a manner?!

I entered into an agreement and paid for the delivery to meet this agreement. The fact that they cannot meet their stipulated timeframes is not my issue?

So I ask you again, please issue a FULL REFUND NOW

My face her undies!!!

First of all, I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS!!! not only are their products incredible, also customer service! super fast response even on a sunday! and always trying their best to keep customers happy! i made a mistake on my order and they gladly helped me correct it. other sellers ive bought from would not do what they did with a smile on their face. they have made a lifetime customer with me

Rip off - don’t use this company

I ordered as a Christmas present, they were advertised that they would arrive before Christmas (ordered at the beginning of December). They did not arrive in time. Customer service were quick in responding but informed me they had not even passed through sorting (15 days after ordering and 12 days after receiving an email stating they were ready to be shipped). They finally arrived after Christmas and they are not even wearable. My partner can’t get them past his heel. Shockingly awful quality, and for the price paid for 2 pairs of socks they should be top quality. Extremely disappointed and I will never use the company again.

Ordered not long before xmas

Ordered not long before xmas, paid for express shipping but not for the vip processing or a tip (I think tips are only appropriate after receipt as why would you tip when you haven't had the service yet?). Chased a couple of times worrying it wouldn't arrive as the notifications I got were not promising, but hats off to them it arrived with 2 days to spare. I'd recommend ordering well in advance but in fairness I didn't and all went well. They also accommodated an extra face on my 2 face apron which was much appreciated.

shocked and dismayed

Absolutely shocked and dismayed at this company and service. Ordered on 2nd December which was within the timeframe to arrive before Christmas but here we are and still no products. I had to arrive at my family Christmas party with no gifts for them. It was such a mistake ordering from this shambolic company. Also Jed Mabandos promised me I would receive a £12.95 refund from a promotion that they advertised and I have still not received it, they owe me money and seem not to care. I now want urgent assistance and I want my money back.

Funny!

I feel like the picture should be larger so it will be more visible but I still loved it and really found this very funny. My brother likes them, which I bought for him. My other family members are also interested in buying one next time. Surely an interesting product!

China Scam

Not even in the UK as the name indicates. Deceptive and extorts additional money from you for expedited shipping and “VIP priority service” which is not a thing. They ship from China which takes about 3weeks (yet they say 5-7 days for expedited). Customer service is also in Asia, not easy to get hold of

I purchased a Hawaiian shirt for…

I purchased a Hawaiian shirt for £27.95. A discount had been applied. It arrived creased beyond recognition and all the button holes were sewn so the buttons would not fit through them. The entire experience was disappointing. From the extras they applied to my shopping basket that took effort to remove to delivery of the item. I was offered 10% discount. The garment is substandard and faulty. I will not use this company again.
