What a pile of garbage. My order took 18 days to arrive, it came from China and not UK, like the website implies. When the product arrived, it was truly awful. They aren't even cotton! It's like some sort of rubbish football top material, but really poor quality. The socks are absolutely dreadful and the image stretches as soon as you put them on. But it's OK, you can't keep them on for long because of the terrible quality, you just want to remove them. Oh, and also my order was £54 for a t shirt and 3 pairs of socks. I beg you all to never, ever use this embarrassing company. It seems I took one for the team. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Ordered some boxer shorts with my face on for my partner but they arrived and where very poor quality indeed so I have had to re order of a better company sadly

I placed an order with MyFaceSocksUK and had my order delivered in four days! The site was great and it was really easy to upload my photo. The communication was good keeping me updated on order delivery etc. and on delivery, the product is superb! Highly recommended

Brilliant service and great quality products

This company is a sham, ordered shirt for a 30th birthday, shirt came and was massively out of proportion from size in their sizing chart.
Their explanation " sometimes there is a little deviation from the size ordered"

Unbelievable excuse for them sending the wrong size. Unwilling to accept an error on their part for sending an XXL instead of a large.

Do not order from this company. Bunch of cowboys.

A UK website not based in the UK. Paid for vip priority. Three weeks later still no sign of my order. To then find out products come from China. A week in asked to cancel my order to then be told I would only get 50% of my payment back. This was a gift and the occasion has long passed. No mention when ordering you will be waiting a ridiculously long time. Avoid at all costs!!

I had an apron made up for my friends birthday with his face and his favourite celeb. It was so easy to submit a photo and myfacesocksuk did the rest. When it arrived it was perfect. He was overjoyed when we gave it to him, and said it was one of the best things he’d ever received. To be fair he says that about anything you give him, however I think he meant that time. Thanks so much!

The site looks great, products look great, lovely idea for a birthday or christmas gift. However I ordered a pair of personalised pet socks which took a few weeks to arrive. I open the package and you cannot even see my dog on them?! Cropped out the wrong section of the photo and after filing a complaint with the customer service team stating each issue, I get an incredibly slow response completely ignoring anything I said and simply told me what material they're made from and that she assures me they're comfortable!!
With no customer service phone number to contact how do you expect to reach a resolution if your CS team do not even read the query properly?

So disappointed with this company and am now unable to give the gift for an upcoming birthday. I want to be contacted and a resolution made.

Lily provided great customer service when I encountered an issue. I paid extra for VIP service which I would say dont do as didn't seem to make a difference with delivery. Product was OK, not best looking quality, bit scratched and faded and no instructions.
