We placed an order on August 17, 2016. We still have not received our product. I have called them several times using both options offered and they never answer the phone. I have emailed them asking about the status and we received one phone call 2 weeks ago and they said they were shipping it the following Monday and we should receive it by September 8. Still no product. I just called them again....used both options.......no answer! I also sent them an email, no response. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Their customer service is non existent. I have left voicemail's and sent multiple emails on a care package I was trying to send 10 days ago. After not hearing from any one, I canceled the order.

I placed my order and actually got a call from customer service a few days later informing me that one item would be shipped a bit later than expected. Since I was taking these items as gifts to friends in Spain, it was critical that I have them before my departure, which they were sure they could accommodate. I was surprised to get another call to tell me that items had shipped and not to worry. THAT'S customer service!!

These baskets were smartly done. Great items inside and visually pleasing to the eye.

I ordered these as door prizes and they were a big hit.

I would recommend this company to anyone.

Just very slow delivery, not happy that I needed to wait so long.

Both times I ordered, I received a call stating they were out of some of the merchandise I had ordered but it took them 3-4 days to even call to state that. So, I was very worried I wouldn't receive the package in time as both of them were time sensitive. But, they both arrived just in the nick of time.

I think I like everything I've purchased from this website. I'll even take some more Irish fortune cookies as a Christmas gift for a co-worker.

I had a rush order and was called by the customer support team - wish I remembered her name - as she went out of her way to work with me to get the stock in and the gifts ready on time. I especially liked that she reached out to me - and explained everything clearly. Kudos!

Customer service was great! They called as soon as my order was placed to discuss the delivery date that I had entered. They wanted to make sure that I was ok with any changes. Sent a basket to my mom in Chicago for her birthday. She just called all excited to thank me for such a wonderful gift.

I just moved to San Fransico from Texas to start a new job. I didn't know anyone and very unfamiliar with the area. I came home after my first day of work to find this beautiful gift basket from my dad full of all sorts of fun food items from places around the city. Thank you Dad and My Favorite City.

I submitted a request to my favorite city with no response yet. My order took too long to be delivered, so unable to use for the intended purpose. Still waiting to hear about a refund. If it would have been delivered more timely I am sure I would have been pleased. Because of the shipping and lack of customer service, I do not plan to order from My Favorite City in the future.

MyFavoriteCity.com is the best state themed website ever created. Coming up with unique gift ideas is always so difficult for me, but this site handles the tough ones. My husband and many of our friends are in the military and come from other parts of the country. I often hear "you just don't know what it's like back home."
