Nice things to use for group meetings.

I ordered a special custom gift basket for my girlfriend. She recently had major surgery and needed cheering up. I had great products to choose from and was very pleased with the final outcome. My girlfriend was so excited when it arrived. It was so beautifully packaged! The customer service was great! They were very helpful and easy to work with. I sent the Taste of Georgia Deluxe Food Gift basket to my friend for her fiftieth birthday and she loved it. She especially liked the Georgia Peach Butter. She also now uses the basket to hold her mail. Great job My Favorite City!

If you aren't making 25 baskets for 4 out of state conferences, expecting your $350 order to come within a month, don't need to reach customer service by 'live chat' or by phone within that month of waiting for your products to arrive, then MyFAvoriteCity will not disappoint you. They do have unique items but the stress and anxiety they caused me for my biggest order of the year was not worth it and after requesting my order to be cancelled 3x, low and behold, I got my products delivered! They cost me more money than I earned since I had to pay extra shipping to rush my orders to my clients out of state to meet their deadline. I will NEVER order from them again.

I contacted this company by phone to inquire as to where the merchandise would
be shipping from. The person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. I explained that I had been ripped off by two other companies and had disputes ongoing with both companies.
I needed the products quickly since it was for an event that I was putting on and I was almost out of time. She took the time to contact the warehouse and make sure they had enough product to fill my order and called me back. She then guaranteed me that it would arrive before the deadline. She was not kidding. I got exactly what I needed and received it in a couple of days.
I have not received this kind of customer service from a company in years.
