Needed a quick small loan twice

Needed a quick small loan twice, an was treated very good by the company. Easy to follow instructions in on line app, an staff were very helpful when I rang them with a query. All in all I would recommend this company for a loan thank you.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Feel like I've been conned nearly paying £800 for a 400 pound loan. I feel I was missold this and am going to ombudsman.
