Zero stars

After activating my card and trying to use it only to get declined, I called customer service. I have been on the phone with them for 2 days trying to get it activated they tell me it will be 3-5 business days. Well the issue is I got a chemical burn in my eyes and need the medication immediately. That is the reason I got a FSA account (for emergencies). They have no problem taking it out of my paycheck but not worried about you getting access to your own money. I will never use this company again!!

FSA ACCOUNT NIGHTMARE

This Company handles my FSA account. They do not have a live chat line. So you call in and wait extremely long time to talk to a foreigner that does not understand english well both going in and going out. I am on my third attempt and getting nowhere Today i asked for a supervisor and gave up after 45 minutes. So basically they have your money and keep it if you do not use it But they suspend your card so you have no way to spend your own money. They do not understand me   and I cannot understand them     Then after hours of trying to get help I figure out that they have no idea of what they are doing and cannot give answers  

so i am emailing the company customer service.
