Avoid if possible
I will begin by saying that any employer using this company for their health benefits admin, is doing a huge disservice to their employees! We have been going back and forth for months now with this company trying to figure out where our money went and which card to use. They have sent multiple cards in a short amount of time, taken considerable charges out of the acc for service fees and given us the runaround. We can't keep track and neither can they apparently since we are getting conflicting information. What makes it worse is that we can't even easily get accurate information by logging into our account. The charges we have incurred from RMR have surpassed any tax saving we might have had by contributing to health savings. So there has been no financial benefit, just a lot of time and frustration. It really feels like they have constructed a system so convoluted that most people will give up or run out of fund just from service fees. We have also questioned if this company is money laundering. Otherwise what is the purpose of moving money around, lack of transparency and exorbitant fees.
