I was desperately looking for my flight ticket online, but not sure of pandemic regulations. So, I called Ron. He helped me out to the best of his abilities. He secured right window seats and diabetic meals for me during the flight trips. It was a wonderful experience chatting with Ron.

Stay away. Booked flights only to be told the next day that they flights were unavailable and asked for another £170 per person to re-book. Then told it would be up to 3 weeks for a refund. When I complained the agent ( Robert) became aggressive then hung up. Now waiting on my bank to chase my money
