Ordered a velvet cake for Wife's Birthday.
Costed Rs. 2700 which is 3 times of standard price. It's Ok.
But, the cake tasted like a cough syrup.
They are absolutely cheating people

Looks like this company is a fake and scamming one!
After order has been placed, they have not responded and the number on the website seems to be a private number where it is not responded.

This is fake company, they took my money twice still not delivered my items, it’s a scam don’t order anything guys.

Very bad service & Not responsible people also. Their only aim is to take our money, after that not delivering the gift and not responding to us also..If we are asking about refund they just telling wait.. Don't waste money with MY FLOWER GIFT. very very very worst experience.

I wish i have to read all the reviews before the payment done. The worst experience. I paid already 2 days before and this stupid asking extra money . They spoiled my plans on my besties birthday.

What a bad company they are . I am from Australia and have spent 100$ for my dad birthday . He lives in Chandigarh . I ordered, cake , flowers and fruit basket for him . . When they give to my dad it’s a low quality fruit and cake as well low quality. When my dad ask the person why such a low quality . The guy abused my father . Such a bluddy 3rd class company you are . How dare you to abuse my dad … never buy anything from this site . Wasted my money and father birthday.

I am really disappointed with the service. I ordered a Black Forest Fresh cake, but received the wrong one. Even worse, the cake didn’t have "Happy Birthday" written on it as requested, and the card message is not included even though it was clearly mentioned while placing the order. This spoiled the surprise and the occasion. Very careless and unprofessional. If I could give minus rating, I would.

They very big thieves never ever Oder from them you will lose money before taking money they will chat with you very nicely and you will believe them after that no response and delivery ! They will tell to contact there support team but they will respond in very bad way and not return the money please don’t believe them I loose 5000 rupees and support team not responding please any one know there office please let me know

you will loose money. As per my order, I was expecting the delivery of 15 red roses and a cake for our 15th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, we only received 10 roses.

I am disappointed with the servce, sent what's message they not replying, send e mail no response, please don't buy anything from this frad company. they only cheating.

The worst experience I faced ever in online orders. I placed order from UAE with great expectations on delivering birthday cake and flowers for my father.i paid extra money for the specific date and time delivery. And what happened is, the order was not received on time. When i sent email saying about the non- receipt of order, they are saying additional amount has to be paid for the specific location. The location details was shared prior and this was not informed. And the lady who is attending the calls in customer care is the most disrespectful arrogant lady. She behaves as if we have stole her money. Finally, after several arguments I got a credit note which is valid for an year. Hence, i was planning to use it now and the cr note amount was Rs. 2730. When i placed the order, same issue again. They are asking to pay additional for the location. So, i selected a gift which costs less. They did not reply to the email like always and on the day of delivery, they are asking me to choise something which is of the same amount ,only after my follow up email.
Flower gifts doesnt take care of customer wants and are least bothered.

One of the worst ever experiences. I had ordered in a combo pack with a cake, nuts tray, balloons, a basket of fruits and paid the midnight delivery charges. A total amount of almost 8000 rupees and in return I get the worst ever customer service who promised and assured me that it wud be delivered at midnight. But to my horror there was no delivery at midnight, plus no response from customer service. I kept calling messaging and emailing and there was no response till 10.30 am this morning. I recd a reply to my email that the cake needs time to set and it was in a different city - my question to them was why did u take the order if it wasnt deliverable. Why do u cheat people by giving false hopes. Their responses were just blunt and one lines. There was no apology no consideration or even compensation for their behaviour. They said it wud be delivered by 5pm ist. On trying to reach them at 5.30 pm again no response. Then they replied at 6 saying its on its way. The order was delivered at 7.45 pm and I recd an email order delivered. No remorse no apology NOTHING. .... I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. The cake tasted horrible as per the comments from the guest. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE.

Don't ever order gifts through this site. They are a scam, The gift was not delivered ontime and they rarely responds to your email queries. Online tracking is not available eventhough they say it is available on the website. Don't lose your money by ordering in this website. The items were very low standard and poor quality. I will be making a police complain and also planning to file a case in the court because of their cheating and giving a false info.

Never buy from this. It is a fraud.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from these thieves. Avoid buying from them. It's a scam and they are very quick to take your money.i bought cake and flower from them promise to do same say delivery and charged me extra Rs 200. Delivery was done and on top they are very abusive via email. I tried to contact them on their what's app they ignore me telling me to email, they ate sale team don't deal with delivery. Even when they responded by email the next day they were very abusive, no customer service skill or not even a sorry for not doing delivery on time. Refused for giving refund. Cake was damaged taste like shit like they spit on it, and flowers was damaged. Delivery people just threw it at door step. Imagine sending flowers for family and these people just throw it at your door step.
Please avoid these people. I wish I could attach screenshot of their email very abusive and threatening. After I was asking for refund they screenshot my email and send the receiver too that I am being rude for asking my money. Receiver will contact police if these people send anymore screenshot. They scams and mafia people. AVOID AVOID . THEY ARE THIEVES.

Its another online SCAM. I placed order worth 2000 rupee, as I paid the amount I received a one liner email saying 'Sorry we cannot deliver'
And they stopped responding.
