Dear Team
I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order. When placing the order, I was assured by the order taker that the cake delivery would be a surprise — which was a key part of why I chose your service.
Unfortunately, the delivery person revealed the surprise before the cake was delivered, completely ruining the experience we had planned. This has taken away the special value we were expecting, and it no longer feels worth the money we spent. Also asked me to pay additional amnout 400rs
We expected better from your service and are deeply dissatisfied with how this was handled. I hope you understand our disappointment. I may take this issue to higher level for compensation of my pain.

Very bad

Very bad . It’s a bloody cheater . Prior to place order ask them will deliver in address, they said ok and after placing the order they need extra money due to non coverage in that area . When I ask them for refund they are mentioning company policy
So don’t go anyone with this cheating company . If anyone wants to raise complaint against this cheater I will also join

The best cheater company

Very bad experience i have faced with My flower gift company. Their performance is very poor. They only take the payment in advance from the customer and not deliver the things we ordered. Just before the delivery they will ask for more payment towards delivery and thus cancels the order. I recommend all not to loose your money by choosing this cheaters (My flower gift). After cancelling the order they issued a credit note valid for one year instead of refunding the money. Myflowergift support desk is sending message that they cannot process refund of money, they could only make credit note which is useless. So i highly recommend please do not go with this cheaters anymore. I have all the crystal clear proof that they have cheated me and am planning to move legally, so that they will not repeat this.

Did not deliver order, terrible service. Avoid.

I confirmed delivery availability with MyFlowerGift before placing an order for a colleague's wedding. Paid extra for same-day, fixed-slot delivery. Not only was the delivery missed, but there was also zero communication no call, no response to my calls, texts, or emails.

The next day, they gave a pathetic excuse that the recipients number wasnt working a number I had used to speak with the person on the same day. Even after providing an alternate number and location pin, they still didnt bother to deliver or resolve anything.

They didn't respond on text, very rude on call and did not provide any resolution over email. They outright refused to redeliver, did not refund and claimed that the flowers were wasted - as if it was the customer's fault when they did not inform or offer any resolution.

Completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and dishonest.

Never using this service again, and strongly recommend others stay away.

Disappointing Experience

Disappointing Experience: Undelivered Mother's Day Cake and Unresponsive Customer Service

I placed an order for a Mother's Day cake on May 5th, with delivery scheduled for May 10th. Unfortunately, the cake never arrived. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times via phone and email but received no response. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order is unacceptable.

I am seeking a full refund for the undelivered product. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and delivery processes to prevent similar issues for other customers.

Scammers !! Avoid at all cost

I ordered the 25 roses flower basket for my mother and they didn’t deliver what i ordered they charged for 25 roses and delivered less and the product was completely different. I have emailed my issue no response until today. Avoid this company at all costs. Scammer only try to still customers money by providing different law price product.

I ordered cake n some flowers for Mother’s Day-It was shown same day delivery that’s why I just ordered stuff without knowing these thieves.Nothing delivered on Same day n I was charged for extra delivery.Upon chatting with support team I was informed that flowers are not available-Whose duty is here to notify to client to choose another product if something is unavailable? If I wouldn’t message I wouldn’t be knowing.I asked the compay to refund me as per 24 hr policy-they didnot n gave me credit -there is no point of credit because I am not going to order again from such liers who spoil our special moments with loop holes displayed on website .You guys should know what customer service is ? How to behave ethically with clients and how to develop customer relations .Money is not everything !I am grateful for all blessings of god but feel ease because we are not dishonest like you guys who are quite unprofessional.Shame on you guys .May waheguru bless you only those amount of money for which you forget humanity n relations with customer

After payment, there is no order tracking neither delivery, have been trying to get hold of them since yesterday, no response.

Surprisingly they have responded for new order . These are scammers.

O my god i hvnt go through this reviews. Please dont trust this page and loose ur money. I want to surprise my friend and choose this page for a cake and bouqet. Address was showing ok for delivery but then there is no updates. I emailed them and they started asking for more money. I told them i cant trust this anymore its disgusting. They responded then cancel the order. I was asking for cancellation and they messaged me they cancelled the order and there is no refund. A lady who picked up the call who is soo rude. Dont trust its a scam for sure

I recently purchased a gift hamper for my family and ended up in a worst situation. The gift hamper I ordered was an exotic fruit basket which was around 3 kg along with a chocolate basket but the one I got was 2 small baskets with an apple guava and banana also 5 chocolates . I send them the image and shared my worst experience with them. Unfortunately, no response from their side . So please choose wisely .
