Just passed FIRST TIME in HerneBay. Had the best driving instructor, AMY LYCETT. I’m going to miss our lessons now, she really built up my confidence and I highly recommend her as an instructor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Passed first time with only 1 minor, instructor Benjamin Fong has helped me improve massively in only a short amount of time, he explains things very well for you to understand quickly and has extreme patience. I would 100% recommend if you want to pass first time and learn how to be an amazing driver!

Managed to get to my test’ needed a 1 hour pre test lesson then 40 minutes test’ the instructor made me pay for a 3 hour session! Therefore I would not recommended this company..

I highly recommend Oxana as a driving instructor! I passed my driving test first time, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without Oxana’s patience, support and excellent teaching. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. She explained everything clearly, corrected my mistakes in a calm and encouraging way, and always made sure I fully understood what I was doing and why.
What I particularly appreciated was how patient and supportive she was whenever I struggled with something. She never made me feel embarrassed about making mistakes and always helped me turn them into learning opportunities. Her lessons were well structured, and she prepared me really well for both everyday driving and the test itself.
Passing first time gave me so much confidence, and I’m very grateful to Oxana for helping me achieve it. If you’re looking for a professional, patient and genuinely caring driving instructor, I would 100% recommend Oxana.

Passed first time with Oxana, honestly the best instructor I have had. I had issues with instructors but when I found her she gave me the confidence and uplifted spirit I needed. She was very kind and helpful giving situations when I had late work shifts, weekends and also financially. I truly do recommend people asking for her as I couldn’t have done it without her today. Truly Oxana thank you so so much for everything and caring about me passing my test.

Passed 2nd time with my instructor ADAM! Such a great instructor and is so patient especially as a new driver. He helped so much over the year I was learning and really helped develop everything I needed to know so I could pass. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience learning with Nasar Majeed. He taught me from the very beginning and helped me build my confidence throughout. His instructions are always clear and easy to understand, and thanks to him I managed to pass first time! Would definitely recommend him to anyone learning to drive.

I passed first time no faults or minors with the help of Conor! He was a fantastic teacher and helped me gain confidence and become more comfortable with everything he was teaching me. Always had a great lesson and never felt like i had a bad lesson where i didn’t learn anything!

I passed first time with Amy Lycett, what an amazing instructor. I’ve never thought I’d find an instructor so great and positive.

My instructor Stan was class, i really felt like he taught me not only to pass a test, but just to be a good overall considerate driver but in a realistic way.

He was calm in moments where i’d made mistakes and even scuffed his wheels in the early lessons 👌🏻😄

I honestly couldn’t recommend Dan enough! From my very first lesson, he was so patient, calm and encouraging, and always made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. Dan explained everything so clearly and always knew exactly what I needed to work on. Even when I was overthinking or getting frustrated with myself, he somehow managed to make me feel confident again! Thanks to Dan’s support and patience, I passed my driving test first time today! I genuinely don’t think I could have done it without him. He’s an incredible instructor and an absolute pleasure to learn with. Thank you once again for all your support!

I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor than Dan at My Four Wheels! He’s been nothing but patient, positive, and always available whenever I needed help or advice. He gets straight to the point and couldn't have prepared me any better for my test and driving on my own.

I officially passed today, and honestly, Dan was just as thrilled as I was! You can tell he truly cares about his job and getting people safely on the road. If you're looking for an instructor who actually gets results and keeps you confident, I can't recommend Dan and My Four Wheels enough! 🚗⭐

I've just passed my Test and im so happy, I genuinely thought i would never pass and then I met Brian my instructor and all I can say it out of 10 his teaching was 11 he was so helpful and patient im almost Sad too not still be learning with him but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants or is looking to learn 100% Brian thank you again 😁

Great driving instructors especially Reece in worcester. Helped me work on my driving after failing until i passed🥳

I became an amputee last year and am also an older learner. I have been having automatic lessons through My Four Wheels for the past couple of months and got on really well with my instructor. I had a few more lessons booked leading up to my test at the end of the month.

Yesterday, I received a message explaining that my instructor had failed her final exam and could no longer teach. All of her students were advised to contact My Four Wheels to arrange another instructor. I want to make it clear that this review is about My Four Wheels and not the instructor herself.

Lessons aren’t cheap, and I have invested a lot of time, money and effort into getting ready for my test. This isn’t something I have been doing casually just for the sake of it, so suddenly being left without an instructor or a car for my test has had a real impact.

I called My Four Wheels and the woman I spoke to was not helpful in the slightest and was actually rather rude. She told me that I should have noticed the colour of the sticker in the windscreen and known that my instructor had not completed her training, as it was all covered in the terms and conditions. Her whole attitude came across to me as quite snotty and condescending, as though the situation was somehow my fault.
I was then told that there were no other automatic instructors available in my area, so that was basically that.

I understand that if there are no instructors available, there are no instructors available. It was the complete lack of empathy or understanding that bothered me, especially considering the situation this has now left me in.
I have had to move my driving test because everyone else I contacted either had no availability or said it was too short notice for me to use their car for the test.

This will inevitably mean even more time and money spent while I try to find another instructor and get used to a different car.
I know these things happen and I wasn’t expecting them to perform miracles. Yet even a small amount of empathy or an attempt to help would have made a difference. Instead, I was left feeling as though I was being blamed. The way this was handled has left me not wanting to use My Four Wheels again, and I certainly wont be recommending them.

To further comment on the response my my four wheels who claim the advisor "gave me options and offered help where she could" This is entirely incorrect, I was advised there was no automatic instructors in my area and that was that. I am an amputee I CANNOT drive manual and this was advised when I first contacted my four wheels so if thats what they mean by giving me options then they told a disabled person they can do manual instead when it isnt even physically possible.

The customer advisor advised multiple times saying its in the t's & c's and I should have noticed the specific colour of the sticker on the windscreen this is the reason I FELT her attitude was balming me.

Was I frustrated yes of course I was. Was I rude or did I at any point swear or shout at the advisor no I did not.

I also dont believe I was actually advised initially that my instructor was still a trainee so how I was I meant to be aware this could happen.

My driving instructor advised me to contact my four wheels for help.
I was advised there where NO other automatic drivers, NOT that there where non available at that point.

They did not offer any help, I was quoted t's & c's and told that was it.

I stand by my review and this is my opinion which I am entitled to and of course my four wheels will back thier own employee.

At the end of the day the review is my opinion the reader can take it or leave it.
