Great company ,really effective teaching and really helped me learn rapidly

Im sure that there are great instructors attached to this company, unfortunately we didn't get one of them.
My daughter has had 20+ lessons with another instructor and had a test booked for April 26, but her current instructor didn't have experience in that location.
We decided to find someone with knowledge of the test area. Unfortunately the guy we got went back to day 1 basics, and spent a lot of time going over theory, sitting in industrial estates watching youtube videos. Obviously the theory test is already passed and we needed to have paractical instruction and practice.
When asked if we should cancel the appointment we got a screed of chatgpt information on how to know if you are ready or not followed by "your parents drive with you more than me, what do they think". Considering what you pay for lessons, I would expect a professional to be able to advise one way or another.
My daughter has also told me of an incident when while he was driving, the instructor slowed down to gesture and shout at another driver who had pulled out in front of him. He also regularly held onto the steering wheel, and gave mixed messages of you need to speed up followed immediately by you are going too fast slow down. My daughter says each time she was driving within the speed limit and had felt going faster was not right due to road conditions, but sped up as she was prompted to do so.
I know everyone likes getting something for nothing, but 2 hour lessons also lasted upto 3 hours, but seemed to involve sitting for ages in the car not driving, going over videos rather than constructively discussing her own driving, and left a 19 year old waiting late at night in train stations trying to get home.
This experience has knocked her confidence despite only having had between 6 and 10 hours of lessons.
The 2 stars are for the price and initial contact from the company.
Needless to say we have cancelled the test in April and are going back to the previous instructor, unfortunately this is pushing the test date into September!

I had a great experience with Greg Hall as my driving instructor. Greg is very clear, calm and always made sure to tailor the lesson based on what i wanted to work on. He helped me become much more independent and confident as a driver by adapted his teaching methods to what worked best for me. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Great lessons, I passed first time with no issues. I feel like I can drive confidently knowing all the rules and laws of the road. My instructor was Jordan Gill he was amazing.

I passed my test first time thanks to Lee Steel. I started my lessons with no experience at all and didnt know how anything worked. He was calm and patient with me, no matter how worried I was or how much I complained. I felt confident going into my test and couldn't have asked for a better instructor. Definitely recomend!!!

I had a great experience learning to drive with Alfred Muneza. He is a very patient, calm, and professional instructor who makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning. His teaching style is clear and easy to understand, which helped me build confidence behind the wheel.

Alfred explains driving techniques in a simple and practical way, and he always gives helpful feedback to improve your skills. He is also very punctual and well-organized, making each lesson productive and focused.

What I appreciated most was his supportive attitude — he never made me feel stressed or pressured, even when I made mistakes. Thanks to his guidance, I felt well-prepared and confident for my driving test.

I would highly recommend Alfred Muneza to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled driving instructor.

Sam Cripps was a fantastic instructor in Plymouth and made learning easy and enjoyable. I was very anxious about learning and he was very patient and helped me manage my nerves. I passed 1st time with 4 minors, would highly recommend him to anyone

Reegan swift - I live in Walsall, I started lessons in January of 2026 and passed my test in wednesbury test centre first time in March the 27th. Thank you to my instructor mark. Very good teacher, adaptable, clear communication, patient and very supportive. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. 100% recommend for lessons.

I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor than Gareth Rampley for my daughter. From the very first lesson, he was patient, professional, and incredibly supportive. Gareth’s calmness is one of his standout qualities as an instructor which instantly puts you at ease. He tailors each lesson to your needs and builds your confidence. Thanks to Gareth’s excellent teaching she felt fully prepared for her test and passed. I’d highly recommend to anyone in the Shefford area to use Gareth as he’s reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely brilliant instructor. Thanks again.

I give zero star if I could
I’m very disappointed with my experience with this driving instructor company. I have to cancel my lesson because their instructor was on holiday and the company didn’t know that,which was already frustrating.

When I tried to raise this and sort things out, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude, which made the situation even worse. Customer service should be respectful and professional, but that was definitely not the case here and the driver instructer sent rude email to me and said why you contact to company.

On top of that, I still haven’t received a refund for the cancelled lesson, which is completely unacceptable. If a company cancels on a customer, the least they should do is refund the money promptly.

Overall, this experience has been stressful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to others at all unless they improve how they treat customers and handle cancellations and refunds.

She had unfortunately had a bad experience with another company before Rachel, which knocked her confidence.
Rachel built her back up and supported her with her nerves.
She is a credit to your driving school.

My instructor helped me improve my driving further enabling me to pass my exams. His calm approach and being more critical with than driving examiners made me more aware on how to drive safely.

The car was neat and well maintained for a comfortable drive.

I was able to pass my driving test with 5 minors.

Instructor was very understanding and teaches in a way that makes you recognise what your doing wrong but in a calm manner, adjusting to your learning style.

I have been with Rachel for the past 6 months and have just passed first time. I can not express enough how positive my experience with her has been, every lesson was full of patience and support, I can not recommend her enough!

Passed my driving test first time today, thanks to my instructor, Nasar Majeed! I want to say a huge thank you to Nasar as he has made the driving experience super enjoyable, and put my nerves at ease from day one. Nasar is knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly, and his top tips for completing manoeuvres are 10/10. He believed in my driving skills even at times when I lacked confidence in myself. Thanks to Nasar, I passed my driving test first time today and I know I will continue to keep up the good standards of driving he has instilled in me. Nasar is a credit to the My Four Wheels team!

My experience was soo good I started when even I don’t know about driving skills but after few classes and good tips from instructor I cracked it in first attempt just cz of proper guidance and work.

Had Tim Mears as my instructor (telford), 5* guy, helped me pass with ease, very honest and great to have a laugh with, never a stressful lesson, his pass rates are high for a reason, thanks again Tim, you're an absolute legend!
