Fair on Gold Coast BUT Am extremely disappointed as have only worn my necklace 3 times and it broke, have emailed company weeks ago and are not responding, doesn't seem like follow up customer service.

Beautiful jewellery but badly made/designed. I have the earrings and the bracelet and the clasps are so rubbish - I've lost one charm already (just fell off) and nearly lost an earring but luckily found it on the floor of a restaurant. They just come loose so easily, I rarely wear my bracelet anymore as I'm so worried I'll lose the charms! Sadly won't buy anymore which is a shame as the new charms look so lovely.

The products are nice and a good quality. I even broke my rule to never order from after-Brexit UK again. I am living in Germany and had to pay 20% customs on top. So I will unfortunately never order again.

i love my jewellery. the weight is incredible for the price point. i spend a lot of money on favourite pieces and frkl sits alongside my Rolex (I've got the hero bracelet) and the mega which i get so many compliments about. i have the midi hoops and charms which i've added to over time. really love building up my collection and my daughter is also obsessed...

Love the earring charm, postage too expensive

The pouch the earrings came in is not very protective. The bar that goes through the ear lope was bent on one pair of earrings (both earrings in the pair) because of this. I was pretty disappointed when I realised.

Love love love everything about this brand. From its exquisite jewellery to its super friendly customer service team. Honestly felt like taking to a friend. I’m so happy with my Circus necklace, it looks beautiful, feels wonderful and the charms are beautifully crafted.

I purchased silver necklace and bracelet - gorgeous - in BT but unfortunately the loops that are supplied with 2 charms I purchased keep opening and any time I wear I almost lose them. Brown Thomas cannot help so very disappointed

Extremely slow dispatch times. Willing to put up with that because I like the product but very unusual for a company. Generally have to wait a week before items are even dispatched. I love in Ireland so don't understand such a delay if items are just being g shipped from UK. However most recent order made over 8 days ago, still not dispatched and no unable to get anyone in support to respond to my emails. I have sent 3 emails to them over last 4 days. One through their contact form and 2 directly to their support email address. Very frustrating. I'm not one to leave bad reviews. This is my first ever negative review. Very annoyed.

Very disappointed ordered on my birthday €400 worth of FRKL goods, supposed ‘birthday gift’ never arrived with the rest of products.

Love the necklace, the charms and the whole unboxing experience. I did have an issue with my order, they sent the wrong item. But the customer service team were great and responded quickly, sent out the missing item and let me keep the wrong item. Which they didn’t have to do, but I’m not mad about it. Only thing that would have been nice is not to have to pay the import duty from the UK to Ireland. Or at least know upfront what that might be. But overall, happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing again!

I absolutely love my new earrings and freshwater pearl charms. There was a problem with part of the order missing, but after sending an email to the support desk, I received the missing item the following day. Beautiful quality jewellery - loved it so much, I bought a few more pieces.
