The necklaces and charms I got are lovely, I really happy with the products. I got mine deliver to Ireland and then had to pay €79 in customs charges. This was probably my own fault as I didn't read the fine print but had I known I wouldn't have ordered it at all.

Have been steadily building up my commection of frkl pieces. Absolutely love them all.

Jewellery is lovely, very happy with it. My only peeve is that I was not given an indication at checkout that I may have to pay charges for postage to Ireland. As Angela is from Ireland should there not be a website based from here too that Irish customers don't get hot with €28 extra just before delivery? As brown Thomas are the only Irish stockist, they have only limited selection of the jewellery so I had to order my piece from the UK. Disappointed to have to pay extra charges.

The unusual styles appealed to me. The products were delivered quickly and although I returned 1 item this process was very easy.

I ordered a bracelet and a charm from Frkl and both arrived in Ireland really quickly (especially considering postal strikes and hold-up in customs!) Both items were beautiful but the charm was the wrong colour. When I got in touch with customer service they couldn't have been more helpful and shipped out the right item immediately. The extra special touch was that they let me keep the first charm as a gift. A super efficient and gracious service, 100% recommend ! 💙

Great customer support. Necklace clasp broke after about 6 months and I was immediately sent a replacement necklace without fuss.

I am delighted with my midi hoops, and pearl necklace. I am really enjoying wearing them! I found the customer service excellent. I had one or two queries and someone got back to me straight away. I ended up making another order of two pairs of earrings for presents as I would like my friends to get as much joy from the as me! I would definitely recommend myfrkl jewellery and service..

Treated myself to some hoops with free charms. When they arrived I only had one charm. Contacted customer services as I’d assumed a packing error. In fact it was my error, I’d only added one charm to my basket. It was sorted immediately, no faff no drama, just done. Absolutely marvellous customer service and the jewellery is absolutely divine! Will definitely shop with these guys again.

I have contacted customer support but is not answering to my email asking about it.

I received delayed tracking information where my package appeared stuck in the UK on its way to the USA. The Frkl team could not have been more helpful! I emailed the support team and received a quick reply from Mark with updated tracking information and a kind message. My order arrived the following week.

Nice bracelet. Once again delivery very slow but there have been postal strikes which doesn’t help. The quality is great. It’s too small for the average wrist but I will add my own extension or connector. The half silver and half gold is a lovely idea.
