Absolute con!!
Absolute con!!! Plaster their website with Garmin insignia but in the small print say they aren’t an official Garmin supplier! I picked a strap that said would fit my watch but it didn’t and they won’t issue a refund!!! Do not use this company, complete waste of time, wished I’d checked trustpilot before ordering!!!!!

Shipping blew it
Shipping blew it. Disappointing when you put out the extra money for quick delivery and they completely screw that up. I'm lucky to even get the package because they changed my postal code halfway through the delivery. I had no idea my product was going to come from France. I would have looked other places for the same thing. This information could have been forthcoming and valuable when I rely on my watch so much.
New update, after the company reaching out to say that they can help maybe make things better. When I replied a couple of weeks ago they still have yet to reach back out. Hope you all consider this when you're thinking of purchasing through Garmin. I'll hold my stars at 1.

Website misleading in mimic Garmin…
Website misleading in mimic Garmin website feature, font, color, type of photo. They use the name quick-fit, logos, etc to trick you. Products are very low quality, plasticky, they fit poorly and the overall feeling is to not have the watch not secured enough on the strap. return process on going in my case, and also there tricks to discourage you to do so (i.e. picture are given as optional but you cannot move one without uploading something, so long frustrating process). Same product are available on amazon for half of the price. Can't really believe something like the is still legally on.

This was my mistake for believing this was actually Garmin. Paid a lot of money for something that sells for $13 on Amazon. Strap is sized small and was very difficult to install.

Misleading
Website advertised as "Garmin" but misleading. Website also advertised as Canadian only to have order ship from France and take a long time to be delivered. Contacted support but never heard back. Had to order another bracelet directly through Garmin (as initally thought) and received that one on time, before the event I needed it for. Product itself is ok.

No authentic Garmin straps
The webshop gives you the idea that you can buy authentic Garmin products here, very nicely done, compliments. These bands are not Garmin products, and yes, if you look carefully, it is stated in the small print on the website. But still I feel ripped off. The quality feels like cheap plastic, a comparable product costs no more than a few dollars on AliExpress.
Returning them is pointless since you have to pay the postage yourself.

Express delivery is a tad misleading
Ordered from them before, and am in general quite happy. However my dissatisfaction is more related to the express shipping part, which is far from that. I have had packages from France arriving faster, and I am waiting for a band, ordered in time, and that is still not here after days being in transit.
The shipping times are abysmal if that is considered express shipping.
Products are ok (you get what you pay for), but the shipping times are horrid. Suggestions to remove the ‘express’ part.

"Not" Garmin brand
The problem I have here is that this markets as a Garmin branded store, its even called Mygarminstraps, however the product received is not a Garmin brand product just a generic fitness tracker watch strap.
Its the first search result on Google, the website is my Garmin brands, the products displayed are Garmin watches... all a bit of a play in reality.
The strap fits OK, but can't help feel a little cheated.
Oh, the other thing, its a UK website but the straps are sent from France
