"Not" Garmin brand
The problem I have here is that this markets as a Garmin branded store, its even called Mygarminstraps, however the product received is not a Garmin brand product just a generic fitness tracker watch strap.
Its the first search result on Google, the website is my Garmin brands, the products displayed are Garmin watches... all a bit of a play in reality.
The strap fits OK, but can't help feel a little cheated.
Oh, the other thing, its a UK website but the straps are sent from France

Great customer service
I was surprised my replacement strap was coming from France but delivery was quick and painless. There was a mix up in what size to order and I did not realize it till almost 3 weeks later. This business went out of their way to accommodate a return,reorder and refund of shipping wrong band back. The new strap fits and I am happy. I would reccomended them again.

Straps are not Garmin
I wish I'd read the reviews and investigated more before I purchased. The site looks very much affiliated to Garmin with its branding and info, however when you look more carefully, (don't get distracted by picking a strap!) you realise the quality is just a cheap Chinese imitation. Fine if that's what you want, it isn't what I wanted. After copious emails asking me to order 3 for 2 I stuck with just ordering my one band. It arrived, I realised it wasn't the same as the one I have on my Garmin and have since tried to send it back. Just more pain in doing that... Customer service is great, they answer you but they don't tell you it's not Garmin or how difficult it is to return an item. You pay for the return to France and you pay them a fee for doing so. I still don't know if I will get a refund.

Quick release strap sucks
The quality of the strap is not acceptable for such an expensive watch. The quick release keeps popping off my wrist. This style of watch strap is consistently a problem across both garmin and fit bit. To the point I may not get another wearable again as it is just as easy to use strava on the phone.

Well worth ordering, great customer service
I recently purchased a band for my Garmin Fenix 7X Pro, when I originally ordered the band I got the wrong size and noticed that I had before the order had been shipped. I contacted the company to change the size and this was done within a few hours of me sending an enquiry to change the size before it was shipped. As I am in Australia the band did take a few weeks to arrive, but if you’re prepared to wait for it to arrive via standard postage then thats just the way it is. I received the band and it is of similar quality to Garmin bands, and I actually think it fits my wrist better than the Garmin bands, but to look at it and feel of the band and materials used it is of the same standard and quality! I will definitely buy another band from mygarminband again!

The Garmin silicone strap and replacement
The Garmin silicone strap and strap clasp arrived broken in broken FedEx packaging. I contacted Garmin on the same day, with supporting photos, and in less than 24hours a replacement strap was sent to me free of charge, with clear, courteous, and customer oriented communication with employee Margot. Overall good experience
Overall good experience, i received the straps after a few days and fit perfectly onto my garmin forerunner 245. Same system as the original strap, so no issues there so far.

Website confusing and return policy a joke
Website not the best laid out I ended up buying the wrong size by mistake, product I ordered was on offer £19 buy one get one free, product I wanted was on offer £20 buy one get one free, I contacted them about returns and was told it would cost me nearly £21, plus postage, on top of my return postage, apparently they do not do promotions on exchanges, also you get the impression these are genuine garmin straps with the logo on, when they arrive you can tell the quality doesn’t look as good, I only found out when looking for the returns section that it says in small print at the very bottom of the page they are not affiliated with garmin. Surely then they can not be allowed to emboss them with original garmin logo

The website strives to emulate/mirror garmin branding and style, but as the fine print makes clear....there is zero affiliaton.
The products are NOT Garmins, despite the website doing its best to create the illusion
One wonders what Garmin thinks of such, and indeed how close to copyright/IP infringement they must get.
Suffice if you want authentic Garmin products steer clear.
