Used this service twice: first to deliver NAS and several hard drives with total weight around 4.5 kg, second - small watches less than 500g. Both deliveries were quite fast and steady, every parcel came completely undamaged. Support helped me to make twice cheaper Deutche post delivery for latest small package, despite this option was missing to my country. Completely satisfied and recommend this service.

Re-amending to 4 stars. All previously posted complaints were resolved when raised to management who to their credit apologised and expediently corrected for the mix-up. 2 days ago I received the consolidated shipment containing many individual parcels in perfect condition. Shipped via DHL Economy and received in 10 days which is quite fast for Germany to Australia. I am reluctant to restore the original 5 stars due to the copious back and forth emails. However myGermany is a solid and good company that do deliver in the end. After 4 shipments with the company I always receive everything in perfect condition and they do take customer complaints seriously.

Update 24/11/2024:

Unfortunately too many issues with myGermany and therefore i am amending my previous 5 star review to 3 stars overall (therefore this is a 1 star review).
They either refuse to properly read emails or apply ridiculous markups to shipping costs. I requested to ship items within Germany but they insist I am shipping the goods internationally. In addition ridiculous shipping for a 1 kg package within Germany. Expected to pay ~108 EUR domestic! I previously used this company all the time but will likely avoid in future.

Positives:
+Free consolidation
+Shipped 3 times and have always received goods in perfect condition (i.e. my shipments have never gone missing)
+Great communication - speedy responses to all emails and emails are not ignored
+Can do freight for bulky items which from my perspective is handy as i have shipped a bit of furniture from Europe lately

Negatives:
-To be honest not many, delivery costs are a bit high but that is the case with almost all freight companies and package forwarders these days
- A few other niggling issues but these have all been resolved or ended up being non-issues

Overall MyGermany appears to be going above and beyond in terms of customer service and they wholeheartedly get my recommendation.

Good communication, easy to use.

I use MyGermany as an adress when ordering items from sellers thast doesn't send packages to Croatia. The MyGermany team is always professional, expeditient and polite. This summer I ordered a package of 58 kg that was lost in transport and never was delivered. Although MyGermany was not to blame, they surprised me with the offer that they will order a new item and pay it by themselves. And they did! The package arrived and the MyGermany team followed it until I informed them that I recieved it. A few days ago thej even ask me If the ordered item is functioning as expected. This I call a value added service. Bravo, MyGermany!
