Payment accepted but ran out of giftcard codes - no support no options no refunds?
usually I get the gift card by email from within 10mins to 45 minutes. However, this time, they ran out of giftcard codes. I have never encountered that before. You would think they would make sure there were giftcards codes available before taking your money, but it is clear taking our money is more important before checking inventory. I am not sure when I will get my giftcard, but no one is responding via helpline. This is probably the last time I will use this service.

They simply stole my money…
My devices were hacked and unauthorized charges made. When I reached out to support they said it wasn’t their fault nor concern I showed them the evidence from Apple confirming I never redeemed and that the codes were deactivated reported and flagged and they still refuse to give me my money back over $300 lost for something I never received nor used. They deserve no stars because they are a scam. I will review them on every platform available. You keep saying about your security this and that and it was from the same location. I am certain that you are aware of IP cloning and mirroring so don't come giving this excuse as a reason for not refunding. Because all the cards involved were deactivated, reported and flagged by Apple so that alone should tell you that I was charged for something I never received or used.

It just works
As a Norwegian, living in Kenya wanting to buy a MacBook in the US, that’s not easy. I fast realized that my opinion came down to apple gift cards, but paying with a Norwegian card wasn’t easy. It worked on Amazon but they have daily limits and for no reason they just cancel your order. It was a nightmare until I came here. I could even pay with bitcoin, so no problem with foreign bank cards etc.
I received the gift cards swiftly, I verified them with apple and added balance to my apple account.

Zero Communication after submitting GOV ID EDIT:FIXED
Have taken Money out of my account, Zero follow up from support after they took my government ID as well.
Scam/Fraud highly likely, will change review upon proper Email recognizing my purchase.
EDIT: Took quite some time, but got my request pushed through, can say that i did NOT get scammed

I bought an apple gift card for my nephew who is 9 so he can play the pokemon-like game called palworld. On the site it says you will receive this product instantly. When I bought it they took two days for me to receive the product. During this time I applied for a refund atleast twice to no avail.Completely ignored. Once I receive the gift card,I have asked for a refund atleast 3 times after. Im sure the giftcard doesnt work because I asked around and one my friends told me he bought one and it didnt work tried to get a refund but they told him because he saw the code of the voucher they can't refund him.I made this order on the 24 thof June 2025 and they still havent replied to any of my emails to any of their email addresses.
