Was able to rectify a stalemate issue with a streaming platform
The customer service employee was helpful and patient throughout and she was able to fix the problem I had which I thought was going to be unsolvable. While initially there was a slow response time, progress was quickly made and I gathered a bit of insight along the way. Helped ease a lot of frustration I had at first when running into the issue.

Update at the bottom.
Im not sure if this is a scam or not yet so my rating may increase or decrease depending....first is an issue of the fact that I created an account with a username but because it wasnt my actual name when I placed an order despite using PayPal with all the correct billing info (and no way of actually manually putting in billing info) they wouldnt accept my id 'because it didn't match' no matter what I tried which ok I get is for security but there's no way to check what your billing info is, or to cancel the order so they just have my money while the actual order is stuck in "verify id" limbo. I've contacted support for a refund so ill see how that goes.
That then takes me to the next issue....so since the first account didn't work and despite having changed the account name they kept calling me the username that I had before, so I created a new account using my real name and everything, placed an order (so now they have two lots of my money) ((probably not the smartest I know but its for an important reason)) the order was ok, they accepted my id and the order completed 2 hours later and still my friend hasn't received the code i used the sites own gift method to send, even tho I have the email saying "you just got your first codes" email
Soooo long story long verdicts still out on whether I need to call scam or not....however they need to put some serious work into the ease of use of their site, maybe add a cancel order button for orders that arent in the complete phase, stop lying about times itll take to get things.
Update - my friend got the 200 Walmart gift card gift i sent her but as two 100 gift cards???? And they had no pin with either of them or with any email? Which means she cant use them. So still not 100 percent sure not a scam, however I have managed to get a refund for the account that wouldn't accept my ID so thats a plus! And they did reply to my many attempts to contact support about this (sorry im autistic with several aniexty order and this was an important gift so all of this has made me go bit manic...I promise im not trying to be a Karen if Im coming across that way) and the message have kinda? Been helpful
