UPDATE: The customer support quickly contacted me and made a refund. So the issue is resolved.

ORIGINAL REVEW:
Total scam! I wanted to buy a Playstation Gift card for my friend in Poland, I spent $100 on mygiftcardsupply only for them to say they're out of stock! The celebration is today and mygiftcard supply says they usually reply in 1-2 business days. How am I suppose to wait for them to deal with it when I just wanted to give a digital present to my friend?
So what do I do now? Wait for them to make me a refund and buy from another supplier or wait until they send me a code that I already purchased? This is just a total mess!

On 19th of July, I purchased a $200 gift card, when it came time to redeem it I received a message it has already been redeemed. I called customer support was told that couldn’t happen, it did, I was told to call apple iTunes. I called apple and I didn’t buy it from them, they couldn’t help me, so I’m out $200 USD

The service is good because it convenient

I like that it is a trustworthy website, where you can purchase your gift card easily and if any problem occurs after purchasing the support team were down to help after sending them an email. definitely recommend

Customers service is useless. They don’t know what they are doing. Wanted to be so professional which they are not. I wanted to buy a Crypto card and they said I need to pay in crypto. Why should I do that! Payment and everything form PayPal is successful buy their dumb system rejected the transaction.

This is the worst gift card supply ever. People save your money and time. They can’t solve any problem you occur. Toking to these people is useless. They can’t even pass me to a manager. There was a person named Mary and she is just so useless. Always giving copy paste answer. I am done with these people. Now they are giving fake codes to people.

SCAM! I GOT AN INVALID CODE

After over 10+ orders/cards purchased I have an invalid US Prepaid Mastercard Gift Card code that they claim it is for Myprepaidcenter dot com while even their guide "How do I redeem?" mentions they use rewarble dot com.

The support kept me waiting saying that the manager will replace the code but now they say I have to deal with myprepaidcenter why it is expired.

Update: The code was invalid on day 1, the thing was signaled right away, since than their support said they will issue a new code, then I was waiting for some manager to send a replacement, now they claim something else, I have called the myprepaidcenter.com support, they need additional information only seller knows (Mygiftcardsupply.com is not on their list so they are just reselling using some shady supplier). I will try to update if there is any progress on this.
