After my ID was verified, my order was sent to me right away. Today is only my second time ordering from MyGiftCardSupply and I am quite satisfied with how fast I got my order sent to me. I didn't even have to check my email, because I got all info send to me on that one page I had open.

What a complete scam. They will take your money first. I mean right away they withdrawal money from PayPal and only then ask that you provide your name, AND ALSO A PHOTO OF BOTH SIDES OF YOUR GOVERNMENT ID ALONG WITH A PHOTO OF YOURSELF. Then you have to follow a QR code link to then fiddle around with a clunky photo app they provide to submit said ID and photo. Perhaps you ought to confirm a customer's ID first and then, only then, take payment. Then the ID gets rejected even though everything matches. You're a scam. I want my money back.

I've been using it with payments since this year, but in the past 8 months, the code has only worked properly. And when asked if I could get a refund or give me another code, I just said no and ended up losing money a lot. When the code doesn't work, I hope they can get a refund or change it to another code.

Just purchased an Apple gift card valued at $100 USD and when we went to redeem it, it has already been redeemed.

I had bought gift cards from this company for years, and I never had any problems…. up until this month. I purchased a card but it took much longer than usual to download. I received a message stating that there was a technical issue, check the credit card company to ensure that no costs had been incurred before attempting again. I checked, and had received no email with a code, so I attempted again. The same thing happened. So I thought there might be an issue with my credit card, so I tried with another card. This third time, it went through. When I checked my email for the code, I found not only one code, but all three codes. It seems that in that short amount of time, the technical issue had been solved and I received three different codes for $100 each. This is more than I had wanted, but what could I do but go ahead and upload them to Apple. The next day when I attempted to update some apps, I receive an error message from Apple stating that my Apple Media and purchases account has been disabled. After many days of calls and chats with folks at Apple, I was told that my account has been disabled because this company is not an official and reputable gift card supplier. I wrote to the support department as the people at Apple had suggested, but received no reply. So now I’ve lost not only the $300 spent on October 28 because of their technical issue, but I’ve also lost access to thousands of dollars of purchases made over the years.
I’d love to give this company a raving review, but can’t, after this Apple debacle.
