When there is an issue they fix it / amazing customer service
I was initially unable to redeem my coupon and thought I had lost my money. I reached out to customer service, and within 24 hours they had identified and fixed a location issue on my end, successfully adding the voucher to my account. Beware of buying from this site.
I bought two USD gift cards for Google Play. I tried to redeem them in Canada and was unsuccessful. I was told I needed to be in the US. So I sent them to my son in Colorado and he was unsuccessful as well, he was told that it needs to be redeemed by the account that first attempted to redeem the codes.
So, I can't redeem them because I'm in Canada, and he can't redeem them on his account. No refunds, so I'm out $200
Edit: I know it's a USD card, that's what I wanted. The issue is that no one can redeem it, my son is IN the USA but he cannot redeem it, it's useless.

I completely understand the situation. The cards you purchased are specifically for the US Google Play store. For security reasons, we are unable to refund or resell any gift cards once they have been purchased and the PIN has been revealed, as this is a standard policy to prevent fraud.
While I'm unable to process a refund for this order, we do sell Canadian Google Play gift cards, which are available on our website. I've double-checked, and they are clearly labeled for Canada to help prevent this issue in the future.
We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.

This is a legitimate website. My mother purchased an amazon giftcard through this website because I live in a different country than her. There was a small hiccup which ended up being my fault to begin with.
