I didn't want to sign up for this website. I didn't check the box that requested it, and yet I was registered and made a member.
Therefore, I want my membership removed and I won't be charged anything, since I requested to cancel it the same moment I was told I was a member.

Somebody open an account on my name and the company deducted the subscription fees from my account without concent or auhtorisation.

we cancelled the subscription and within 5 days Bob, one of the escalation team came back to me and informed me that the subscription is cancelled and that he will refund me the subscription fees that was taken from me.

Bob, truly came through to assist us in this matter.

Absolute scam, they are setting up account that draws money from your bank account and you have to pay them to stop. Even if you can get away with the least amount of money taken, they still give you nothing in return. That's the first time when I've been charged to make an account.

Just saw a purchase of 143 from my account, I didn't approve of that purchase what's going on? How do I block you guys from my account!?

I had a great experience because the replied in due time. And thanks to Kenny for re assuring me about my issues and taking the time to respond to my situation personally

On the 5/4/2025 I started to fill in a form and before I approved it i cancelled and the money was taken from my account twice I unsubscribed as well but still got so many mails I am not interested in this and just want my money refunded. And in closing I do not want to receive any mails regarding business with you anymore.

Either this company or someone posing with the above names steals money from people it’s as simple as that

Ask any reputable bank they get many calls per day about unauthorized funds taken from credit cards resulting in necessary replacements

The company even had the audacity to ask me to improve the review !

Certainly not as I do not wish to lie to the public

I simply asked them to stop their thieving activities

The banks are black listing them millions of people have been hit by this fraud

This is no joke

They pretend to send you a gift for birthday etc from a reputable company. Ask you to send delivery or something cost of 2 euros the. Slam your card with fake subscriptions you never agreed to.

My bank will refund please be aware I had to cancel and replace credit card and all subscriptions

Complete scam. autosubscription when you subscribe and then your a proposed to buy overpriced products.
you can cancel easily, but then your money is lost.Or you can use it to buy the "products".
the choice of products is very small and 2 to 3 times the prices on any other website..
