I've had a mixed experience with (link unavailable) Initially, I had issues with unauthorized deductions and difficulties canceling my membership. However, Nicholan from the escalation team was helpful and responsive in addressing my concerns.
They've approved my refund request and canceled my membership. I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed (expected within 5-7 business days).
Suggestions for Improvement
1. Clearer information about membership terms and cancellation processes would be helpful.
2. More transparency regarding automatic credit recharges
