Fast international shipping

Fast international shipping, very good tracking, knives were packaged appropriately to avoid damage during shipping. Everything else I have to say is for Shiro Kamo himself, so it’s not appropriate for here. Will be back for more!

Not satisfied: I will not buy again.

I bought two knives : I received both with open boxes (seals cut and then closed with scotch), dirty blades (not damaged). Anyway it's not possibile to use them as a gift : not my idea of "good service" so I will not buy again. After Your kind reply I would like to declare : I cleaned blades, so they are ok now; I make frequently purchases on another online Finnish knives shop and they NEVER open sealed boxes ( as I am a collector I appreciate this behaviour); if You want the photo of an Extrema Ratio knife box SEALED I can send it to You as I had to buy another gift for my friend. Thank You for Your attention and best regards from Italy.

Quality of products is our priority. We carefully check the goods for defects before shipping. Therefore, boxes may be opened and closed by seals again. Our staff works in gloves and quality control is making exactly to avoid any issues.
Your order includes Extrema Ratio knife - and it's box does not have manufacturer seals at all. And automatic Böker knife. Since these Böker models sometimes have problems with opening, we always check it before shipping.
We kindly ask you to send us photos of "dirty" blades and we will compare it to photos of items made on the delivery date and offer some solution if blades indeed have any issues. You are also always free to contacts us, currently we do not see any claims from you.
You are always welcome again.

Took too long I understand it coming…

Took too long I understand it coming from another country just to long then I couldn't fi.d my order and it took too long to get a response back

Your order with amount 25,91 euros included Pre-order item with delivery time minimum after 20 business days. You were informed about such long waiting time as on item’s page before placing order, as in order confirmation.    
However usually we ship pre-order items faster than declared, sometimes it takes exactly given lead time like in your case. Item was ordered at the factory especially for you and unfortunately we couldn’t affect on the manufacture”s production possibilities.
To receive items without any waiting, we recommend to order item that we have at stock.   
We are sorry that in your opinion our service deserves such a rating, although your order was processed and sent within the timeframes that you knew in advance.  
Accordingly to the system, we did not receive any questions or complaints from you to our customer service email, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email mail@mygoodknife.com.

Quickest delivery I've had

Honestly the knife I got was pretty and pretty sharp! The delivery was also insanely fast, with me ordering one day and then the knife arriving the next day (likely due to being in Finland, but I am still far).

Dear Filip! Thank you for spending time for review. Your order to UK was placed 09.04, shipped to you on the next business day and delivered to you 24.04 - faster than declared https://www.posti.fi/en/tracking#/lahetys/EE905408175FI.
You had no claims about the product or our service.
On 26.04 you we received your email informing that you want to return the product. According to your email, the product had no any defects.
We reminded you that according to EU law, we do not accept returns without a reasons from outside EU. Only warranty returns are accepting. You were also informed about this several times before you placed the order. Like many other European stores, we do not accept returns without cause from countries outside the EU, since the customer has already paid duties in his country, and the total costs of shipping to both sides, customs duties and return import often exceed the cost of the order. It was also explained to you.
Also - as we informed you in the response email - we cannot make a fake warranty damage case for you - as you asked us (copy of email is saved).
As we see, order was shipped fast, all your numerous emails were answered immediately. But request about fake documents was of course refused.
We are sorry that the fact that we work only strictly within the law does not satisfy you. Despite the fact that we meet our clients halfway, we do not and will not violate the law or create fake documents under any circumstances.
