Brilliant little company
My entire experience with My Green Heart was incredible. Great selection of products and a really reasonable price too. I ordered many things which arrived within a couple of days. I was incredibly happy. My only concern was the amount of packaging used for my order. Yes it’s recyclable but no it didn’t need to be used in the first place and kind of goes against the whole ethos. I will definitely order again though as the products themselves were incredible.

We use packing peanuts which are compostable and all the other packaging we use is re-used packaging received in from our suppliers. We would love our customers to try and re-use this where they can and if not then it is all 100% recyclable. We will work on improving this and using less of it where we can though :)

I bought a warm grey eye shadow from here which is gorgeous and easy to match with many outfits, colours and styles. I like that the product is ethical and natural and the way it’s presented is nice too. The company provided a quick delivery as well.

Water damaged parcel
The product itself was fabulous however when I received my parcel the cardboard box was very damp so much so that my fingers went through the box and the brown paper wrapping. The trousers inside were also very damp and I had to dry them out as I was gifting them to my daughter in law as a birthday gift.
I know this is not your fault but the courier's.
