I got my equipment fast and in good condition

The pwnagotchi i purchased doesnt work at all. The guys at My Hacker Tech were great. Unfortunately they had to pass me on to the manufacturer for tech support on my unit. It went south from there. The tech guy there (Ben) was confrontational from the get go. I never asked for a replacement or a refund, just help setting it up. I had taken it apart to see if something was disconnected which bent the cable, but not nicked it. I was accused of not reading directions and was basically lectured by this Ben guy. He was not helpful at all. I ended up purchasing a other unit that was made by another company and threw this one away.

The team at MyHackerTech is really awesome. They really care about their customers. Honestly of the best hacker market place out here. Keep improving and let hack the world.

Very unsatisfied! This is a scam and a ripoff! Very poor communication, huge delays in answers, wrong shipping and delivery details, they ignore requests for cancellation. Since I ordered the System Crash v2 bundle on Nov.29. everything with this was wrong, delayed and painful experience. I submitted the cancellation request and wrote them to cancel the delivery, they ignored that. On Jan.20. I received the package, and then I thought that myhackertech can't messup anymore they've reached the new apex, the backpack sent was wrong, nothing like on the webshop, it is rather very basic and cheep backpack (i found almost identical on amazon for 27EUR), RIPOFF! My hacker tech please respond to my emails!

The packaging was secure and came in excellent condition. Fast shipping and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Well I ordered my gift on December 15th, read the shipping itineraries posted on the site, and thought, it should have enough time to get here before christmas... I didn't get even a tracking number till the 28th. The phone number listed doesn't go anywhere. I tried the Facebook page, and messaged the company, I got automated replys only. I sent emails on the 22nd, and didn't hear back from them till the 28th. Today is January 5th, and my package, according to the tracking number, is still in Cali, where it originally started. It hasn't moved since I received my tracking number.

My advise to customers, maybe try back NOT during christmas holiday, go somewhere else.

My advise to the company, stay on top of your business even during the holiday season, hire ppl to take on the responsibility of upholding what your site says you can do, even during the holiday season, and choose a different delivery service, not the United States Postal Service. We all know they are terrible and slow,

You delivered my shit to the wrong address wtf

Website says refunds available but company does not respond to requests to process any refunds. Called and emailed company every day for over a week to get information on returning an unusable product but never received a response on how to return it. Website has a number of links that do not work or go nowhere. IT's a scam operation. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY - it's total ripoff.

Didn't receive all the parts from my purchase. Reached out through email and got a response but haven't been replied to since on what is going on with my missing part, whether it will get shipped, I need to do a return, or get a refund. I ordered what I did specifically for the single part that was missing from my order and it's very upsetting, especially when I'm starting to believe it's a scam.
