Took a while to get the items after a few emails back and forth. The bag was smaller than I expected, but it still has some uses, just not as a grab and go bag like I had hoped.

Its been a month, my backpack STILL hasnt been shipped and on top of that, they wont reply to my email requesting a refund. I have emailed them twice, and still no answer. Do not waste your time and money here

The Linux cheat sheet mouse pad is unreadable. The patches took a month to come in since they sent it to the wrong address. I emailed support and never got a response so I had to download and message them off the app. Just all around annoying experience trying to order some stuff.

Lot better communication since move a few months back was questionable but glad I held out thanks guys !! 😄😄😄🥳🥳🥳

I purchased some items years ago from this site and had not issues at all. But I made a new purchase back in September, almost TWO months and after several emails (with no replies) I received my hoodie, only to find out it didn't look like the pictures. It was supposed to have print on the front and back, but it only had the print on the back. Super disapointed. I honestly made a profile here on trustpilot today just to make this complaint.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. I fell in love with the merch, it looks so cool, but I made an order about a month ago now, made several emails and voice mails. Does anybody even work there? I would like my order please! On the customer service page it says they have script that notifies them when an email or call gets sent to them. Apparently not because I haven’t heard from anyone yet. I don’t want to cancel my order because the hoodie looks amazing, but if there is NO customer service, how am I going to get refunded if the hoodie doesn’t fit??? I ordered it mid September. The merch isn’t exactly cheap to be this careless.

Update: finally heard back from someone. He said I would receive my shipping information in 48 hours, but it’s been a week. So yeah.

I find it hard to express my feelings about this scam site, without wanting to burn that flicking shitehole to the ground... if it actually exists. I made a relatively large order (compared to my finances available), and have receiver NOTHING. I have contacted them multiple times, and no replies. Not even the courtesy of a reply!! c'mon.....!!

I'm absolutely furious with MyHackerTech. I ordered t-shirts on February 23rd, and it has been nothing but a nightmare since. Despite sending countless emails, I've received zero responses. It's been months, and there's no sign of my order or any communication from their end.

This company is a scam, plain and simple. Their complete disregard for customers is appalling. If you're thinking about buying anything from MyHackerTech, don't! Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable company that actually cares about their customers. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an online purchase.

I ordered the pen tester backpack bundle and paid for expedited shipping. Once the package was about a week late (a week after the estimated delivery date) I contacted them and they said that due to the bundle “missing items” there was a delay. Nearly another week later I check my emails just to see the that they completely cancelled my order. I’m disappointed as I was really excited about getting my backpack and shocked at the level of unprofessionalism.

I ordered a hoodie on february 27th, i also payed for express delivery to have the order home sooner. It’s over a month since i ordered this hoodie and to this day i do not have a hoodie neither my money back. Nobody replied to my e-mail yet but i’ll still try to get a refund. Do not order from this site if you don’t want to loose your money for nothing.

Can't recommend! TL/DR: Bad communications and super-late delivery. Unclear if my order would have been fulfilled without threatening to cancel it.

After I placed my order, the only thing that happened was an automatic order confirmation.
Starting two weeks after the order (promised delivery was one week after the order), I started writing messages to MHT on different channels. None of them were answered.

About two months and several unanswered messages later, I decided to cancel my order. The cancelling email (via mail due to missing cancelling functionality on the website) was answered promptly with the promise to send my order immediately and the request to refrain from cancelling. I consented, with a strict deadline.

As I received my order a week after this, I added a second star to the rating. Nonetheless, I won't order at MHT again, and wouldn't recommend anyone to do :-(
