Unreliable shipping and no responses…
Unreliable shipping and no responses from customer service. Unfortunately, the 2nd order I've made with them seems to have gotten lost. After more than a month of no response from the company I am quite disappointed. I was hoping that this company would be an alternative to ordering at amazon, unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case.

i was looking for a store that had manic panic haircolors and would ship outside the us without enormous shipping costs, but every other store didn't have the exact color i wanted. the price was fair, shipping fast (ordered on Saturday, they arrived on tuesday), was able to track the shipping. so all in all, good.

I have used this website a few time and I was quite satisfied, until once I didn't receive my package and the customer service for this web page wasn't responding. I wrote many emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages with absolutely no answer from this seller. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, be very CAUTIOUS!!

Great company!!
Great company!!! Always top tier service. I can always find what I need and the delivery is fast. Especially if you order early in the morning.
They have great American products for my hair texture that are really hard to find in Germany. Also the price is reasonable.
