Wrote to them, made a PayPal claim and they never responded. Got my money back via PayPal though :)

It’s a scam website
It’s a scam website. I wish I had come across the reviews before trusting this website. My Hair World is completely unresponsive to customers. I’ve been waiting for my package for over three weeks. I tried contacting them via Instagram, email, and phone. No response anywhere. They also have comments disabled for their Instagram page, so scammed customers can’t warn others in the comments.

Awful company
Awful company. They sent me the wrong product! I reached out via email and received no response. I tried to do the same via Instagram, and they told me I needed to send the package back on my own cost so they can send me the right thing. Just a crappy experience overall.

Shitshow
Thought I might just trust the many good ratings but I ordered and 10 days later the parcel was still not sent. Seems sketchy too the same products cost twice as much on Amazon, should have checked before. If something is too good to be true it might be just that. I wrote them but simultaneously requested a refund with PayPal which I got now but still. Guess I’m lucky I got my money back
